Description
Claims (15)
- 圧縮機(10)の羽根車(14)の少なくとも1つの面(14a)を覆う羽根車カバー(50)であって、
第1の面(52)と、前記第1の面(52)に対向する第2の面(54)とを有する取外し可能な本体(50)であって、前記第2の面(54)は、前記取外し可能な本体と前記羽根車(14)との間に空気溜りが形成されないように、前記圧縮機(10)の前記羽根車(14)の前面(14a)と合致するように構成され、更に、前記圧縮機(10)の前記羽根車(14)の前側部分全体を覆う前側部分(56)を有する取外し可能な本体(50)と、
前記取外し可能な本体(50)に接続され、前記羽根車カバー(50)を前記圧縮機(10)の前記羽根車(14)に固定するように構成される取付け機構(58、80、82、84、86)とを備え、
前記羽根車カバー(50)は使い捨てである、
羽根車カバー(50)。 - 前記羽根車カバー(50)の前記取外し可能な本体(50)は、前記羽根車(14)の後側部分を部分的に覆う後側部分(58)を有し、前記羽根車カバー(50)の前記前側部分(56)は、前記圧縮機(10)を通る流体の流れと直接接触するように構成される、請求項1に記載の羽根車カバー。
- 前記取外し可能な本体(50)の前記後側部分(58)は、前記取付け機構(58、80、82、84、86)を形成し、前記羽根車(14)の前記後側部分を少なくとも部分的に伸縮可能に覆うように構成される、請求項2に記載の羽根車カバー。
- 前記羽根車カバー(50)の前記後側部分(58)は、ストラップ(82)により接続されて前記羽根車カバー(50)が前記圧縮機(10)の前記羽根車(14)上に固定されるように構成される穴(80)を備え、前記羽根車カバー(50)の前記前側部分(56)は穴を有さない、請求項2に記載の羽根車カバー。
- 前記取外し可能な本体(50)の前記第1の面(52)は、所定の空力特性を達成する輪郭を有するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の羽根車カバー。
- 前記取付け機構(58、80、82、84、86)は、前記第2の面(54)上に分布する接着ポケット(88)を備える、請求項1に記載の羽根車カバー。
- 前記接着ポケット(88)は、前記羽根車カバー(50)の前記第2の面(54)全体を覆う、請求項6に記載の羽根車カバー。
- 前記取外し可能な本体(50)は、プラスチック又は金属、或いはプラスチックと金属とを組み合わせたものによって形成される、請求項1に記載の羽根車カバー。
- 前記取付け機構(58、80、82、84、86)は、前記取外し可能な本体(50)とは異なる材料からなる、請求項1に記載の羽根車カバー。
- 前記取付け機構(58)は、感熱性であり、前記取付け機構(58)に施される熱処理によって前記取付け機構(58)が締められ、羽根車カバー(50)を前記圧縮機(10)の前記羽根車(14)に固定するように構成される、請求項1に記載の羽根車カバー。
- ハウジング(12)と、
前記ハウジング(12)の内側において軸(20)上に設けられ、長手軸(Z)の周りを回転するように構成される羽根車(14)と、
前記羽根車(14)の少なくとも1つの面(14a)を覆う羽根車カバー(50)であって、
第1の面(52)及び第2の面(54)を有する取外し可能な本体(50)であって、前記第2の面(54)は前記第1の面(52)に対向し、前記第2の面(54)は、前記取外し可能な本体と前記羽根車(14)との間に空気溜りが形成されないように、前記羽根車(14)の前面(14a)に合致するように構成され、更に、前記圧縮機(10)の前記羽根車(14)の前側部分全体を覆う前側部分(56)を有する取外し可能な本体(50)と、
前記取外し可能な本体(50)に接続され、前記羽根車カバー(50)を前記羽根車(14)に固定するように構成される取付け機構(58、80、82、84、86)と、
を含む羽根車カバー(50)と、
を備え、
前記取外し可能な本体(50)の前記第1の面(52)は、所定の空力特性を達成する輪郭を有するように構成され、
前記羽根車カバー(50)は使い捨てである、
圧縮機(10)。 - 前記羽根車カバー(50)の前記取外し可能な本体(50)は、前記羽根車(14)の後側部分を部分的に覆う後側部分(58)を有し、前記羽根車カバー(50)の前記前側部分(56)は、前記圧縮機(10)を通る流体の流れに直接接触する、請求項11に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記取外し可能な本体(50)の前記後側部分(58)は、前記取付け機構(58、80、82、84、86)を形成し、前記羽根車(14)の前記後側部分を少なくとも部分的に伸縮可能に覆うように構成される、請求項12に記載の圧縮機。
- 圧縮機(10)の羽根車(14)を物質の付着及び/又は浸食から保護する方法であって、
羽根車カバー(50)を用いて前記羽根車(14)の前面(14a)を覆って、前記羽根車カバー(50)の前側面(52)が所定の空力特性を達成する輪郭を有するように構成され、前記羽根車カバーと前記羽根車(14)との間に空気溜りが形成されないように、前記羽根車カバー(50)の後面(54)の輪郭は前記羽根車(14)の前記前面(14a)に対応する、ステップと、
前記羽根車カバー(50)を前記羽根車(14)に固定するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記羽根車カバー(50)を取り外すステップと、
新しい羽根車カバー(50)を用いて前記羽根車(14)の前記前面(14a)を覆うステップと
を更に含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
