Description
Claims (9)
- ボイラー(1)と、
温水を貯留するタンク(2,2’)と、
サニタリー冷水(EFS)の取水流路(8)と、
起動時には、加熱する水を前記ボイラーに向けて循環させ、そして、停止時には、当該循環を阻止するポンプ(5)を有し、加熱する水を前記ボイラーに送水する流路(50)と、
サニタリー温水(ECS)を送水する流路(7)と、
前記ボイラー(1)から加熱された水が流出する流路(40,12)と、
を含み、
前記サニタリー冷水(EFS)の取水流路(8)は、第1のT字状のコネクタ(90,91)を介して、一方が、前記ボイラーに送水する前記流路(50)に接続され、他方が、温水を貯留する前記タンク(2,2’)の下部に開口する再循環流路(9,92)に接続され、
前記ボイラーの出口流路(40,12)は、前記タンク(2,2’)の中間部に開口し、前記送水流路(7)は、前記タンク(2,2’)の上部に開口している、
サニタリー温水を製造するための装置であって、
前記サニタリー冷水(EFS)の取水流路(8)は、前記サニタリー冷水(EFS)の循環方向に関して、前記第1のT字状のコネクタ(90,91)の上流側に位置する第2のT字状のコネクタ(80)を備え、
前記サニタリー冷水(EFS)の取水流路(8)における、前記第1のT字状のコネクタ(90,91)と第2のT字状のコネクタ(80)とを接続する部位(30)に、前記温水を貯留するタンク(2,2’)よりも容量の小さい貯留タンク(3,3’)が設けられ、
前記ボイラーから加熱された水が流出する流路(40)に、バイパス流路(13)を通じて前記第2のT字状のコネクタ(80)に接続される三方弁(4)が設けられ、
前記弁(4)が、前記ボイラーの出口流路(40)を前記タンク(2,2’)の中間部に連通させる第1の位置と、前記ボイラーの出口流路(40)を前記バイパス流路(13)に連通させる第2の位置と、のいずれかに選択的に切り替え可能であることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、
前記ボイラー(1)は、ガス又は燃料油のボイラーであることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項2に記載の装置において、
前記ボイラー(1)は、周りをステンレス製のチューブラーコイル(10)で囲まれたガス又は燃料油のバーナー(60)を有し、
前記バーナー(60)で前記チューブラーコイル(10)内を循環する水を加熱することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の装置において、
前記小さな貯留タンク(3,3’)の容量が、前記第2のT字状のコネクタ(80)の下流側で、前記ボイラー(1)を通過する管を含む、前記貯留タンク(2,2’)に接続された管の全容積と略同一であることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1つに記載の装置において、
前記小さな貯留タンク(3)は、前記貯留タンク(2)から独立してその外側に配置されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1つに記載の装置において、
前記小さな貯留タンク(3’)は、前記貯留タンク(2’)の区画室として形成され、前記貯留タンク(2’)の下部に配置されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1つに記載の装置において、
前記弁(4)は、電磁弁であることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項7に記載の装置において、
前記貯留タンク(2、2’)の下部における再循環流路(9,92)の開口位置よりも上方において内部温度を測定するセンサ(T1)と、
前記ボイラー(1)の出口での温度を測定するセンサ(T2)と、
前記貯留タンク(2、2’)の上部における送水流路(7)の入口(70)の近傍において内部温度を測定するセンサ(T3)との、
少なくとも3つの、内部を循環する水の温度を測定する温度センサを含むことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項8に記載の装置において、
制御及び調整用の回路を備え、
前記回路が、前記ボイラー(1)及び前記ポンプ(5)の起動や停止を制御するとともに、設定された運転プログラムに従い、前記温度センサ(T1,T2,T3)の温度信号に基づいて前記弁(4)を制御する制御ユニット(UEC)を含むことを特徴とする装置。
