本発明による方法を、合計処理量が447kgであり、銅1.6重量%および亜鉛0.47重量%を含有する亜鉛貧有の硫化銅−黄鉄鉱の鉱石に適用した。選鉱に関連して、処理中の精鉱から硫化亜鉛精鉱を分離して、これを公知の方法における次の処理へ導いた。本発明によれば、処理中の精鉱を次の処理のために分割して、一次精鉱(8.7kg)と二次精鉱(32.4kg)の2つの部分にした。一次精鉱は、可溶性の貧弱な黄銅鉱(CuFeS2)を大量に含有し、この一次精鉱は、銅2.1kg、鉄3.5kg、硫黄4.1kgおよび少量の亜鉛0.1kgを含有していた。銅とは別に、二次精鉱は、大量の黄鉄鉱(FeS2)を含有し、この二次精鉱は銅4.2kg、鉄11.7kg、硫黄13.8kgおよび亜鉛0.7kgを含有していた。
Claims (11)
- 硫化銅基鉱石から生成される精鉱の処理方法において、
鉱石選鉱から得た精鉱を分割して、2つの異なる種類の硫化精鉱、すなわち黄銅鉱、金、銀および硫化物形状の鉄を含有する第1の精鉱と、硫化銅および黄鉄鉱を含有する第2の精鉱とし、
該第2の精鉱を浸出段階へ導いて、該第2の精鉱を浸出液で浸出して得られた溶液を中和し、鉄を浸出し、
該浸出段階から得た溶液、および前記第1の精鉱を少なくとも1つの転換段階へ導き、
第1の前記転換段階において、前記溶液に含有される少なくとも銅を、前記第1の精鉱の硫化物形状の鉄によって硫化物形状に転換し、
前記転換段階から得た溶液の少なくとも一部を前記浸出段階へ戻すことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記転換段階の数は2つであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項2に記載の方法において、第2の転換段階において、該転換段階へ供給された硫化物形状の鉄によって、前記第2の転換段階における溶液中のさまざまな金属成分を硫化物形状に転換することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項3に記載の方法において、前記溶液中のさまざまな金属成分は亜鉛および/または鉛であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記浸出を雰囲気浸出として温度50〜105℃で行なうことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記浸出をオートクレーブ浸出として行なうことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記転換段階を温度90〜200℃で行なうことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項7に記載の方法において、前記転換段階を温度150〜190℃で行なうことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項3に記載の方法において、前記第2の転換段階において加える鉄は、単硫鉄鉱(FeS)であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項3に記載の方法において、前記第2の転換段階において加える鉄は、磁硫鉄鉱(Fe1-xS)であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記第1の転換段階において、前記精鉱に含まれる金および銀を採収することを特徴とする方法。
