Description
FCCのライザ内部の触媒配分が、均質でないことが当業者に知られている。蒸発領域に位置するライザの各断面において、触媒は、壁に優先的に集中し、中心に向かって低下を引き起こしている。ライザ中心と壁との間のかかる不均等な径方向分布を表すために、中心−リングモデルという言葉が使われる。
実験が、工業的なFCC装置の規模の約1/5の規模で、触媒及びガスの循環を再現する模型に対して行われた。
ライザの高さ:15メートル
ライザの内径:0.3m
30トン/時〜60トン/時の触媒流量
5m/s〜12m/sのガス速度
115〜235kg/m2.sの触媒流
触媒は、平均直径72ミクロンの粒子からなり、40ミクロン未満の粒子の割合が15重量%に等しい粒度配分を示す。

Claims (9)
- 供給原料インジェクタと、これよりも高い面にMTCインジェクタを備えた、接触分解装置の反応領域であって、該反応領域内部の触媒再配分装置が、ライザの壁に接する連続リングの形状を有し、前記壁を一周し、30%〜45%のライザ断面の制限を作り出し、少なくとも部分的に直線形状の断面を有し、a)供給原料インジェクタ面とMTCインジェクタ面との間に含まれる領域内に配置されるか、またはb)MTCインジェクタ面の上に0.1〜5メートルの高さに配置される、接触分解装置の反応領域。
- 供給原料インジェクタと、これよりも高い面にMTCインジェクタを備えた、接触分解装置の反応領域であって、該反応領域内部の触媒再配分装置が、ライザの壁に接する連続リングの形状を有し、前記壁を一周し、30%〜45%のライザ断面の制限を作り出し、少なくとも部分的に直線形状の断面を有し、第1の再配分装置が供給原料インジェクタ面とMTCインジェクタ面との間に位置し、かつ第2の再配分装置がMTCインジェクタ面の上に0.1〜5メートルの高さに位置する、2つの再配分装置の存在を特徴とする、接触分解装置の反応領域。
- 再配分装置の断面が、三角形の断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の接触分解装置の反応領域。
- 再配分装置の断面が、長方形の断面を有し、接触分解装置がFCC装置である、請求項1または2に記載の接触分解装置の反応領域。
- 再配分装置の断面が、第1の部分において長方形、第2の部分において円形状の断面を有し、接触分解装置がFCC装置である、請求項1または2に記載の接触分解装置の反応領域。
- 再配分装置の断面が、第1の部分において長方形、第2の部分において三角形の断面を有し、接触分解装置がFCC装置である、請求項1または2に記載の接触分解装置の反応領域。
- 再配分装置の断面が、第1の部分において長方形、第2の部分において曲線状の断面を有し、接触分解装置がFCC装置である、請求項1または2に記載の接触分解装置の反応領域。
- 再配分装置の断面が、混合形状の、すなわち部分的に曲線形状かつ部分的に直線形状の断面を有し、接触分解装置がFCC装置である、請求項1または2に記載の接触分解装置の反応領域。
- 再配分装置が、耐火コンクリートで製作され、接触分解装置がFCC装置である、請求項1または2に記載の接触分解装置の反応領域。
