Claims (21)
- ベース樹脂を含有するポリエチレン組成物から造られた外皮層を有する電力または通信のケーブルであって、該ベース樹脂が
(A)エチレンのホモポリマーまたはコポリマーである第一の画分、
(B)エチレンのホモポリマーまたはコポリマーである第二の画分、および
(C)全ベース樹脂の20重量%までの量の、エチレンのホモポリマーまたはコポリマーである第三の画分
を含有し、ここで、画分(A)は画分(B)よりも低い重量平均分子量を有し、かつ、該ベース樹脂が14超の分子量分布Mw/Mnを有し、かつ、画分(C)が0.1g/10分以下の、ISO 1133に従い190℃荷重2.16kgにおいて測定されたMFR2を有する、ケーブル。 - ベース樹脂が23以上の分子量分布Mw/Mnを有する、請求項1に従うケーブル。
- ベース樹脂が、ISO 1133に従い190℃荷重21.6kgにおいて測定された、少なくとも90g/10分のMFR21を有する、請求項1または2に従うケーブル。
- ベース樹脂が、ISO 1133に従い190℃荷重2.16kgにおいて測定された、0.05〜5g/10分のMFR2を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に従うケーブル。
- ベース樹脂が、ISO 1133に従い190℃荷重2.16kgにおいて測定された、0.5〜1.2g/10分のMFR2を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に従うケーブル。
- ベース樹脂が0.915〜0.960g/cm3の密度を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に従うケーブル。
- ベース樹脂が0.918〜0.928g/cm3の密度を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に従うケーブル。
- ベース樹脂の、ISO 1133に従い190℃荷重21.6kgにおいて測定されたMFR 21 とISO 1133に従い190℃荷重2.16kgにおいて測定されたMFR 2 との比であるフローレートの比FRR 21/2 が50〜150である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に従うケーブル。
- ベース樹脂の、ISO 1133に従い190℃荷重21.6kgにおいて測定されたMFR 21 とISO 1133に従い190℃荷重2.16kgにおいて測定されたMFR 2 との比であるフローレートの比FRR 21/2 が80〜130である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に従うケーブル。
- 画分(A)が、ISO 1133に従い190℃荷重2.16kgにおいて測定された、50〜5000g/10分のMFR2を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に従うケーブル。
- 画分(A)が0.930〜0.975g/cm3の密度を有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に従うケーブル。
- 画分(A)が、少なくとも1のさらなるアルファ−オレフィンを有するエチレンコポリマーである、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に従うケーブル。
- 画分(B)が、ISO 1133に従い190℃荷重2.16kgにおいて測定された、0.01〜1g/10分のMFR2を有する、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に従うケーブル。
- 画分(B)が0.880〜0.930g/cm3の密度を有する、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に従うケーブル。
- 画分(B)が、少なくとも1のさらなるアルファ−オレフィンを有するエチレンのコポリマーである、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に従うケーブル。
- 画分(C)がベース樹脂中に1重量%〜5重量%の量で存在する、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に従うケーブル。
- 画分(C)が、ISO 1133に従い190℃荷重21.6kgにおいて測定された、1g/10分未満のMFR21を有する、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に従うケーブル。
- ベース樹脂中の画分(A):(B)の重量比が40:60〜60:40である、請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に従うケーブル。
- 組成物が5〜300の、2.7kPaおよび210kPaでのせん断応力におけるポリエチレン組成物の粘度の比であるSHI(2.7/210)を有する請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に従うケーブル。
- ベース樹脂がインシチュー(in−situ)ブレンドである、請求項1〜19のいずれか1項に従うケーブル。
- ベース樹脂を含有するポリエチレン組成物であって、該ベース樹脂が
(A)エチレンのホモポリマーまたはコポリマーである第一の画分、および
(B)エチレンのホモポリマーまたはコポリマーである第二の画分
(C)全ベース樹脂の20重量%までの量の、エチレンのホモポリマーまたはコポリマーである第三の画分
を有し、ここで、画分(A)は画分(B)よりも低い重量平均分子量を含有し、かつ、該ベース樹脂が14超の分子量分布Mw/Mnを有し、かつ、画分(C)がISO 1133に従い190℃荷重2.16kgにおいて測定された0.1g/10分以下のMFR2を有するところのポリエチレン組成物を、電力または通信のケーブルの外皮層を製造するために使用する方法。
