Claims (9)
- 一個のフレーム(1)、一個のステータ(2)、一個のファンホイール(3)および一個の制御部材(4)を有する放熱ファンにおいて、フレーム(1)には一個の底座(11)と一個の側壁部(12)が含まれ、側壁部(12)は底座(11)と結合し、そして側壁部(12)の内側には収容空間(121)が形成され、フレーム(1)には他に収容空間(121)と連通するように一個の風入口(122)、一個の風出口(123)と一個の排塵通路(124)が設けられ、ステータ(2)はフレーム(1)の底座(11)に結合され、ファンホイール(3)はステータ(2)と回動自在に結合し、かつファンホイール(3)には一個のハブ(32)と複数個のブレード(32)が含まれ、ハブ(32)はステータ(2)と結合し、それぞれのブレード(32)はハブ(31)の外周面に結合され、フレーム(1)の風出口(123)には相対するように一個の第一折り曲げ辺(123a)と一個の第二折り曲げ辺(123b)が含まれ、フレーム(1)は一個の第一基準面(P1)を定義し、第一基準面(P1)は第一折り曲げ辺(123a)と第二折り曲げ辺(123b)を通過し、ファンホイール(3)は一個の第二基準面(P2)を定義し、第二基準面(P2)はハブ(31)の中心点を通過して第一基準面(P1)と平行するように形成され、フレーム(1)の収容空間(121)には一個の風排出エリア(121a)と一個の圧力蓄積エリア(121b)が区画され、第二基準面(P2)と第一基準面(P1)の間には風排出エリア(121a)が形成され、第二基準面(P2)が風排出エリア(121a)に相対するもう一方の側には圧力蓄積エリア(121b)が形成され、排塵通路(124)は圧力蓄積エリア(121b)に位置するように形成され、制御部材(4)には一個の駆動回路(41)と一個のフリップフロップ制御回路(42)が含まれ、駆動回路(41)はステータ(2)と電気的に接続し、フリップフロップ制御回路(42)は駆動回路(41)と電気的に接続するように形成され、さらにファンホイール(3)の正方向の回転と反対方向の回転を制御するのに用いられることを特徴とする放熱ファン。
- フレーム(1)の排塵通路(124)の延伸方向は第二基準面(P2)と傾斜、垂直または平行になるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放熱ファン。
- フレーム(1)の排塵通路(124)は一個の導塵管(15)を外接するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の放熱ファン。
- フレーム(1)の風出口(123)には複数個のフィン(14)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の放熱ファン。
- フレーム(1)の風出口(123)には複数個のフィン(14)が含まれることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の放熱ファン。
- フレーム(1)の側壁部(12)には他に一個の蓋板(13)が結合され、蓋板(13)には一個の貫通孔(131)が含まれ、貫通孔(131)は風入口(122)に位置を合わせるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の放熱ファン。
- フレーム(1)の側壁部(12)には他に一個の蓋板(13)が結合され、蓋板(13)には一個の貫通孔(131)が含まれ、貫通孔(131)は風入口(122)に位置を合わせるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の放熱ファン。
- フレーム(1)の側壁部(12)には一個の蓋板(13)が結合され、蓋板(13)には一個の貫通孔(131)が含まれ、貫通孔(131)は風入口(122)に位置を合わせるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の放熱ファン。
- フレーム(1)の底座(11)には複数個の補助風入口(111)が含まれることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の放熱ファン。
