Description
Claims (11)
- 熱可塑性材料を加熱溶融させて所望の形状に加工する加熱溶融型成形装置であって、
熱可塑性材料が供給される供給口と、当該供給された熱可塑性材料を排出する排出口と、を有するシリンダと、
前記シリンダの排出口に連通して配設される成形ヘッドと、
前記シリンダ及び成形ヘッドを加熱し、当該シリンダ内及び成形ヘッド内の熱可塑性材料を加熱溶融する加熱装置と、
前記シリンダ内に配設され、当該シリンダ内の熱可塑性材料を前記成形ヘッドに搬送する搬送部と、
一端が前記シリンダ及び成形ヘッドの少なくとも一方に接続された熱輸送部と、
前記熱輸送部の他端が接続される第1の面と、当該第1の面とは反対側に位置し、前記熱輸送部の一端が接続される接続位置よりも低温である低温部に接続された第2の面と、
を有する熱電変換素子と、
前記熱電変換素子に接続され、当該熱電変換素子により発電した電力を蓄電する蓄電部と、
を含み、
前記熱輸送部が、前記シリンダ及び成形ヘッドの少なくとも一方の外周面に沿って環状に配設される熱伝導性部材と、一端が当該熱伝導性部材に接続され且つ他端が前記熱電変換素子の第1の面に接続されたヒートパイプと、を有し、
前記低温部が、前記供給口に熱可塑性材料を供給する供給路を収容するハウジングである、又は、当該加熱溶融型成形装置の外部に配設された設備の一部である、加熱溶融型成形装置。 - 熱可塑性材料を加熱溶融させて所望の形状に加工する加熱溶融型成形装置であって、
熱可塑性材料が供給される供給口と、当該供給された熱可塑性材料を排出する排出口と、を有するシリンダと、
前記シリンダの排出口に連通して配設される成形ヘッドと、
前記シリンダ及び成形ヘッドを加熱し、当該シリンダ内及び成形ヘッド内の熱可塑性材料を加熱溶融する加熱装置と、
前記シリンダ内に配設され、当該シリンダ内の熱可塑性材料を前記成形ヘッドに搬送する搬送部と、
一端が前記シリンダ及び成形ヘッドの少なくとも一方に接続された熱輸送部と、
前記熱輸送部の他端が接続される第1の面と、当該第1の面とは反対側に位置し、前記熱輸送部の一端が接続される接続位置よりも低温である低温部に接続された第2の面と、
を有する熱電変換素子と、
前記熱電変換素子に接続され、当該熱電変換素子により発電した電力を蓄電する蓄電部と、
を含み、
前記低温部が、前記供給口に熱可塑性材料を供給する供給路を収容するハウジングである、又は、当該加熱溶融型成形装置の外部に配設された設備の一部である、加熱溶融型成形装置。 - 前記熱輸送部がヒートパイプを有する、請求項2記載の加熱溶融型成形装置。
- 前記ヒートパイプの一端が熱伝導性部材を介して前記接続位置に接続される、請求項3記載の加熱溶融型成形装置。
- 前記熱伝導性部材が前記シリンダ及び成形ヘッドの少なくとも一方の外周面に沿って環状に配設される、請求項4記載の加熱溶融型成形装置。
- 前記熱伝導性部材が前記シリンダ及び成形ヘッドの少なくとも一方の外周面に密着した状態で配設され、当該シリンダ及び成形ヘッドの少なくとも一方の外周面に密着する面とは異なる部分の少なくとも一部が断熱材に包囲される、請求項5記載の加熱溶融型成形装置。
- 前記搬送部が前記シリンダの軸方向を中心として回転可能なスクリューを有する、請求項2記載の加熱溶融型成形装置。
- 射出成形を行う請求項2記載の加熱溶融型成形装置。
- 押出成形を行う請求項2記載の加熱溶融型成形装置。
- 前記蓄電部に接続され、当該蓄電部に蓄電された電力によって作動する装置を含む、請求項2記載の加熱溶融型成形装置。
- 熱可塑性材料を加熱溶融させて所望の形状に加工する加熱溶融型成形方法であって、
熱可塑性材料をシリンダ内に供給すること、
前記シリンダを加熱し、当該シリンダ内の熱可塑性材料を加熱溶融すること、
前記加熱溶融された熱可塑性材料を成形すること、
前記加熱により高温となった高温部と、当該高温部よりも低温である低温部と、を接続し、当該高温部と低温部との温度差により発電を行うこと、
前記発電された電力を蓄電すること、
を含み、
前記高温部は前記シリンダであり、
前記低温部が、前記シリンダに熱可塑性材料を供給する供給路を収容するハウジングである、又は、加熱溶融型成形装置の外部に配設された設備の一部である、加熱溶融型成形方法。
