Description
a)冷却されたLNGが通る熱交換器/凝縮器と
b)加熱等級LNG製品を製造するために、LNGを熱交換器/凝縮器から受け取る気化器と
c)その幾分かは蒸留塔に戻される車両等級LNGを製造するために、熱交換器/凝縮器内で凝縮された蒸留液を製造する蒸留塔とを備え
d)蒸留塔は冷却されたLNGの投入を受け取り、そして、
e)蒸留塔はそれを通して製造されたC2+が送られる下部出口を有する。
更なる目的は、以下を含む:
1)蒸留塔の下部から製品を受け取り、同塔の下部に製品を戻す、2次ヒーター気化器を提供すること;
2)LNG製品をパイプライン・グリッドに送ること;凝縮された車両等級LNGを蒸留塔と貯蔵庫又は輸送施設の、両方に送ること;及び、C2+製品を蒸留塔の底から貯蔵庫又は輸送施設へ送ること;
3)その幾分かは蒸留塔に戻される車両等級LNGを製造するために、熱交換器/凝縮器内で凝縮された蒸留塔でつくられた蒸留液との熱交換のために、熱交換器/凝縮器に行くように、供給源LNGの第一部分をポンプで加圧すること;そして、
4)蒸留のために蒸留塔に行くように、供給源LNGの第二部分をポンプで加圧すること。
交換器17の一方側を通って流れる液化LNGは、わずかに加熱される(通常115から120絶対温度)。他方側は、塔26からの純メタンに近いガスの流れを大気圧より高い圧力(通常7から14気圧)で凝縮することを含む。凝縮されたメタンのほとんどは、28にて(重力又はポンプによる流れによって)蒸留塔26の上部に還流用として送られる。

Claims (8)
- 供給源の冷却されたLNGを処理するための方法であって、次の要素を設けることを含む方法;
a)冷却されたLNGが通過する熱交換器/凝縮器と;
b)加熱等級LNG製品を製造するために該熱交換器/凝縮器からLNGを受け取る気化器と;
c)車両等級LNGを製造するために同熱交換器/凝縮器内で凝縮された蒸留液を製造する該蒸留塔とを有し、該蒸留塔は純メタンに近いガスを凝縮器に送る上方の出口を有し、該凝縮器から該車両等級LNGが貯蔵庫に送られ、また、該凝縮器から凝縮液が蒸留塔に戻され、該蒸留塔底部から製造されて送られたC2+を加熱等級LNGと混合させ、さらに、これをパイプラインに送るべく気化器に流すために加熱等級LNGとの混合点を有し;
d)同蒸留塔が前記供給源からの冷却されたLNGの投入口を有すること;
e)同蒸留塔が製造されたC2+が送り出される下部出口を有すること;および、
f)該蒸留塔の投入口は上記下部出口上方の塔の中間領域に位置すること。 - 請求項1の方法であって、蒸留塔の下部から製品を受け取り、同塔の下部に製品を戻す、2次ヒーター気化器を有する方法。
- 請求項1の方法であって、前記C2+の製品がエタンとより重い炭化水素から成る、方法。
- 請求項1の方法であって、
ー前記LNG製品がパイプライン・グリッドに送られ、
ー前記塔に戻らなかった前記車両等級LNGが運搬装置に送られ、
ー前記C2+の製品がもう一つの運搬装置に送られる、方法。 - 請求項1の方法であって、その幾分かは蒸留塔に戻される車両等級LNGを製造するために、熱交換器/凝縮器内で凝縮された、前記蒸留液との熱交換のために供給源LNGの第一部分が前記熱交換器/凝縮器を通るように、ポンプで加圧することを含む、方法。
- 請求項5の方法であって、供給源LNGの第二部分が前記蒸留塔に行くように、ポンプで加圧することと、冷却されたLNGの投入を受け入れること、を含む方法。
- 請求項1の方法であって、前記供給源LNGが輸送船舶により冷却されたLNGとして輸入される、方法。
- 請求項1の方法であって、前記蒸留塔に送られる供給源の冷却されたLNGのほぼ全てが該蒸留塔に約7バールで投入口に入る、方法。
