Description
また、直接予測モードは、符号化の終わったブロックの動き情報から現在ブロックの動き情報を予測する符号化モードである。このような方法は、動き情報を符号化する時に必要なビット数が軽減され、圧縮効率が向上する。
Claims (6)
- 多視点ビデオデータストリームにおける多視点ビデオデータをデコーディングする方法であって、
視点間予測構造情報を含む前記多視点ビデオデータストリームを表す識別情報を取得する段階と、
前記識別情報に基づいて、前記多視点ビデオデータストリームから前記視点間予測構造情報を取得する段階であって、該視点間予測構造情報は、複数の視点間の依存関係を表す段階と、
前記視点間予測構造情報を用いて現在のピクチャの予測値を求める段階と、
前記予測値を用いて前記現在のピクチャをデコーディングする段階と、を有し、
前記多視点ビデオデータは、基準視点及び補助視点のビデオデータを含み、該基準視点は、視点間予測を行わずに他の視点から独立してデコーディングされる視点を示し、該補助視点は、前記基準視点以外の視点であり、
前記現在のピクチャは、アンカーピクチャであり、
前記アンカーピクチャは、該アンカーピクチャにおけるすべてのスライスが、前記多視点ビデオデータと同じ時間帯で異なる視点のスライスのみを参照する符号化されたピクチャであることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記補助視点は、前記基準視点を参照してデコーディングする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記視点間予測構造情報は、シーケンス領域から取得する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 多視点ビデオデータストリームにおける多視点ビデオデータをデコーディングする装置であって、
視点間予測構造情報を含む前記多視点ビデオデータストリームを表す識別情報を取得することと、前記識別情報に基づいて、前記多視点ビデオデータストリームから前記視点間予測構造情報を取得することであって、該視点間予測構造情報は、複数の視点間の依存関係を表すこととを行うパージング部と、
前記視点間予測構造情報を用いて現在のピクチャの予測値を求めることと、前記予測値を用いて前記現在のピクチャをデコーディングすることとを行うインター予測部と、を有し、
前記多視点ビデオデータは、基準視点及び補助視点のビデオデータを含み、該基準視点は、視点間予測を行わずに他の視点から独立してデコーディングされる視点を示し、該補助視点は、前記基準視点以外の視点であり、
前記現在のピクチャは、アンカーピクチャであり、
前記アンカーピクチャは、該アンカーピクチャにおけるすべてのスライスが、前記多視点ビデオデータと同じ時間帯で異なる視点のスライスのみを参照する符号化されたピクチャであることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記補助視点は、前記基準視点を参照してデコーディングする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記視点間予測構造情報は、シーケンス領域から取得する、請求項4に記載の装置。
