Description
Claims (9)
- 乗物燃料ガスの車載高圧貯蔵タンクのための加熱システムであって、
高圧ガスを貯蔵する一定の体積を画定している炭素繊維樹脂複合材の外殻と、
前記複合材の外殻の内部に配置された継ぎ目無し熱伝導性金属ライナーと、
前記タンクの外部から外方へ延在し、前記タンクのボス部分を形成する金属ライナーの部分と、
前記外方は暖気リングまわりに配置されるライナーに延在し、
前記リングは、乗物に搭載された源から加熱エネルギーを受けるためのコイルを前記リング内に具備し、
前記加熱エネルギーは、前記タンクの内部ライナーに伝導によって伝えられ、
前記タンクおよび前記タンクのガス流組立体に連関する構成品は、前記タンク及び前記構成品の温度が該タンク及び前記構成品の温度公差における低温受容限度を下回ることがないように暖気されることを特徴とする加熱システム。 - 請求項1に記載の加熱システムであって、
前記コイルは、電流を受けるような導電ワイヤの巻線から形成されていることを特徴とする加熱システム。 - 請求項1に記載の加熱システムであって、
前記コイルは、熱交換流体の循環流を受け入れるような導管であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱システム。 - 請求項3に記載の加熱システムであって、
前記流体導管は、前記コイルの初めと終わりに入口と出口とを具備し、前記入口と前記出口とは乗物システムに関連した熱源に、機能的に相互に結合されていることを特徴とする加熱システム。 - 請求項2に記載の加熱システムであって、
前記システムは温度出力制御システムを具備し、該システムは、a)バルブ温度、タンク壁温度、ガス温度、及び周辺温度のうちの1以上の温度測定値のデータ入力を制御システムに提供する温度センサ、及びb)システム温度のためのプロセッサ制御であって、プロセッサは検出された温度を監視し、コイルへの電流の流れを決定し、該タンク及び構成品の温度が、該タンク及び該構成品のための温度公差における低温受容限度を下回ることがないようなプロセッサを備えていることを特徴とする加熱システム。 - 請求項4に記載の加熱システムであって、
前記システムは温度出力制御システムを具備し、これが、a)バルブ温度、タンク壁温度、ガス温度、及び周辺温度のうちの1以上の温度測定値のデータ入力を制御システムに提供する温度センサ、及びb)システム温度のためのプロセッサ制御であって、プロセッサは検出された温度を監視し、コイルへの熱交換流体の流れを決定し、タンク及び構成品の温度が、タンク及び構成品のための温度公差における低温受容限度を下回ることがないようにする該プロセッサを備えていることを特徴とする加熱システム。 - 請求項4に記載の加熱システムであって、
該金属ライナーは、アルミニウム、銅、ニッケル、銀、ステンレス鋼、及びチタンまたはこれらの合金から形成されていることを特徴とする加熱システム。 - 請求項4に記載の加熱システムであって、乗物システムに関連した熱源は、乗物の動力プラント、燃料電池、バッテリー、モータ、ラジエター、又は乗物の空調システム、乗物の排気、乗物フレーム又は乗物サブフレーム組立体からの熱、及び電気的、化学的、又は熱交換器熱源のうちの1以上の熱源を具備していることを特徴とする加熱システム。
- 請求項1に記載の加熱システムであって、暖気コイルのための熱源は、化学的又は物理的な反応、補給ガスの燃焼、金属水和物などのうちの少なくとも1つを具備することを特徴とする加熱システム。
