Claims (14)
- コネクタ本体を有する電線保持コネクタであって、
前記コネクタ本体は、部分的に露出した導体及び絶縁部を有する電線を受容するよう構成された少なくとも1個の開口を有し、
前記コネクタ本体は、軸に沿って電線及び該電線の導電部を取り囲む絶縁部の少なくとも一部を受容するよう構成された電線端子を具備し、
前記電線端子は、前記絶縁部に接触するよう配置されたブレードを有し、
該ブレードは、前記電線端子への前記電線の挿入の間、前記絶縁部にチャンネルを形成し、
該チャンネルは、前記ブレードと十分に係合して前記電線及び前記電線端子間の回転移動に実質的に抗し、
前記コネクタ本体は、前記電線が係合され得る少なくとも一表面を有する、前記コネクタ本体からの前記電線の回転及び接続解除に抗するのに十分な前記電線の保持を提供する電線保持部材を有し、
前記電線保持部材は、前記コネクタ本体の一表面から延びており、前記電線を保持するケーブルタイの挿入を可能にするスロットを前記コネクタ本体との間に形成し、
前記開口は、第1軸に沿って前記電線を受容するよう構成され、
前記コネクタ本体は、前記第1軸に対して所定角度で配列されたチャンネルを有することを特徴とする電線保持コネクタ。 - 前記ブレードは、前記軸に平行に配列された傾斜縁を有し、前記電線の挿入及び前記チャンネルの形成に要する力を低減することを特徴とする請求項1記載の電線保持コネクタ。
- 前記電線保持部材は、前記コネクタ本体の一表面から延びるT形状部材であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電線保持コネクタ。
- 前記T形状部材は、前記電線を挿入できる開口をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項3記載の電線保持コネクタ。
- 前記T形状部材は、前記コネクタ本体の前記表面及び前記T形状部材の間に前記スロットを形成するよう構成され、
該スロットは、前記ケーブルタイの取付を可能にする形状を有することを特徴とする請求項3記載の電線保持コネクタ。 - 前記電線保持部材は、前記第1軸に沿った回転を実質的に防止するやり方で前記電線と係合する、前記開口の一表面からの突起を具備することを特徴とする請求項1記載の電線保持コネクタ。
- 前記電線保持部材は、前記電線を保持するよう構成された複数の表面を有する形状を具備することを特徴とする請求項1記載の電線保持コネクタ。
- 前記複数の表面は、前記電線を配置でき保持できる電線ガイドを形成することを特徴とする請求項7記載の電線保持コネクタ。
- 前記電線保持部材は、前記電線を挿入可能な少なくとも1個の通路を有し、
該通路は、前記第1軸に対して所定角度に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電線保持コネクタ。 - 前記電線保持部材は、前記コネクタ本体の一構造に組み込まれていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電線保持コネクタ。
- 前記少なくとも1個の開口は、前記コネクタ本体に形成されたスロットをさらに具備し、
該スロットは、前記電線の中心軸と共平面であると共に、前記電線が前記開口に挿入される際に前記電線の絶縁部に弾性力を与えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電線保持コネクタ。 - 前記弾性力は、前記中心軸の周囲の前記電線の回転を実質的に防止するのに十分であることを特徴とする請求項11記載の電線保持コネクタ。
- 前記電線保持コネクタは、前記コネクタハウジングの一部及び前記電線と接触状態にある把持構造体をさらに具備し、前記コネクタハウジング及び前記電線の間に摩擦抵抗を与えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電線保持コネクタ。
- 前記把持構造体はグロメットであることを特徴とする請求項13記載の電線保持コネクタ。
