Description
添付のブロック図は、導管における流体の流量制御のための、本発明による装置の構成を示している。導管における流体の流量及び/又は圧力の制御のための図示の装置は、流体の流量及び/又は圧力の制御方法を実施する役割を果たす。本実施形態では、酸素ガスが流体を形成し、本装置は有人航空機において緊急酸素供給を実行するように設計される。
Claims (8)
- 流体の流れから流れエネルギーを取り出し、そのうちの少なくとも一部を電気エネルギーに変換するように構成された少なくとも1つの発電機(35)を含んで構成された、導管(20)における流体の流量及び/又は圧力を制御する装置であって、
前記発電機は、磁石(120)が組み込まれた環状酸素ガイド(115)を含んで構成され、
前記磁石(120)は、前記酸素ガイドを流れる酸素によって動かし、前記環状ガイド内で環状経路を移動させることができ、
前記発電機(35)は、前記酸素ガイドの円形断面の周りに巻き付けられたコイル(125)を含んで構成され、
導管(20)における流体の流量及び/又は圧力を制御する少なくとも1つの制御手段(65)を備え、
前記制御手段(65)は、前記発電機(35)によって給電される電気駆動部を含んで構成されたことを特徴とする、
酸素を導く流体導管(20)用に設計され、有人航空機における緊急酸素供給の一部である装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの発電機(35)及び前記少なくとも1つの制御手段(65)が同一の導管(20)においてシリアルに配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの発電機(35)及び前記少なくとも1つの制御手段(65)が異なる導管、好ましくは導管系における並列な枝管に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記発電機(35)による前記流れエネルギーの取出のために提供された、前記導管(15)に関する前記流体の流れのための手動による開始制御を含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 前記導管に少なくとも1つの手動による起動が可能な遮断バルブが設けられ、少なくとも1つの制御手段(65)が、前記導管(15)における流体の通過流れの開始に際して、少なくとも前記発電機(35)が前記制御手段(65)の動作にとって充分に大きな電力を供給するほどの流量の流体が前記導管(15)を流れるように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 前記発電機(35)の前記電気エネルギーのうちの少なくとも一部による給電に適合された、前記少なくとも1つの制御手段(65)に対する閉ループ制御(55)によって特徴付けられる請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 前記流体の流量及び/又は圧力を測定する少なくとも1つのセンサ(70)を含んで構成され、その出力信号が前記閉ループ制御(55)に導入されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの制御手段(65)が電気制御式調圧バルブによって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
