25重量% トリフロキシストロビン
50重量% テブコナゾール
15重量% 分散剤
10重量% カオリン
を有するサンプルを、Fuji Paudal実験室用押出機タイプDG−1を用いて押出、次いで、比較試験に付した。
調製の第1段階において、出発成分を混合させ、次に、その混合物を8インチエアージェットミルを用いるエアージェットグリンディングに付すことにより、上記組成からなる粉末状混合物を調製する。その後、得られた粉末を、Braunキッチンブレンダー内で、水を何回かに分けて添加することにより湿らせ、その粉末が均質に湿った状態になるまで強く混合させる。いずれの場合も水を添加することによって最も良好な押出が可能となるその水の量は、予備試験において各粉末混合物について決定しておいた。使用する分散剤に応じて、添加する水の量は、粉末の量に基づいて13から24重量%であった。その湿らせた粉末を、次に、実験室用押出機を用いて押出、得られた湿った状態の顆粒を、流動層乾燥器内で、吸気温度60℃及び排気温度約35℃で乾燥させる(ここで、生成物の温度は40℃を超えない)。乾燥時間は、2分間から12分間まででさまざまである。当該サンプルの残留水の含有量は、0.3から1.7%であり、これは、Mettler赤外線乾燥機湿度計タイプLP16を用いて、70℃での重量減少によって決定する。
湿式篩(wet screening):
残渣を、メッシュサイズ150μmのスクリーン上で検査した。湿式篩残渣は、低融点活性物質の押出によるWG製剤の調製において特に重要である。それは、押出プロセスでは、圧密化と温度応力の結果として、水中での意図された用途に付されたときにその一次粒子に再分散しない生成物フラクションが生じることがあり、それが、農業の実践において使用される器具内のフィルターを詰まらせることとなるからである。その結果、散布を中断して、労力を要するフィルターのクリーニングを行わなければならないということが起こり得る。湿式篩試験(wet-screening test)は、製剤中の分散しないフラクションについて評価するための実験室試験である。この試験において、スクリーン残渣は、好ましくは、0.05%未満であるべきであり、特に好ましくは、0.02%未満であるべきである。
混合物の押出性の評価は、サンプルの調製中に成される観察に基づく。考慮される要因は、例えば、湿らせた粉末の流動性、押出物の形成、押出物の崩壊及び加熱などである。見込みのあるスケールアップには、「良好(good)」、又は、少なくとも「充分(satisfactory)」の評価が必要である。「普通(moderate)」は、不充分な粒状化を意味し、「不良(poor)」は、その混合物を実験室用押出機で押出すことができないことを意味する。
懸濁安定性は、当該製剤の不溶性成分の散布混合物中における懸垂性(suspendability)についての尺度である。懸濁安定性が良好であれば、その製品は確実に均質に分配され、従って、その製品が施用されたときに、均一の薬量が確実に均質に分配される。そのような懸濁安定性は、一般に、75%以上であるべきである。250mL容メスシリンダ内で、計算された量の顆粒を水の中に入れ、その混合物を4分間放置し、メスシリンダをゴム栓で密封した後、そのメスシリンダを1分間以内に30回180°反転させて、当該製剤の1%強度懸濁液を調製する。ゴム栓を除去し、得られた懸濁液を室温で正確に30分間静置する。次いで、その懸濁液の上部9/10をピペットで除去し、底部の10分の1を重さを量ってある蒸発皿の中に蒸留水を用いて移す。その蒸発皿の内容物を、重さが一定になるまで、70℃で乾燥させる。これが、沈澱物を測定する方法である。懸濁物質の量(懸濁安定性)は、以下の式を用いて計算する:
懸濁物質の量=(100−沈澱物)×1.11
特に別途指定されていない限り、以下の表における百分率は、重量%を意味する。

Claims (8)
- ・ トリフロキシストロビン;
・ テブコナゾール及びトリルフルアニドから選択される少なくとも1種類のさらなる活性物質;
・ 分散剤としての、ホルムアルデヒドとスルホン酸化1,1’−オキシビス(メチルベンゼン)との反応生成物・ナトリウム塩;
を含む組成物。 - 少なくとも1種類の湿潤剤及び不活性増量剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 乳化剤、界面活性剤、消泡剤、防腐剤、抗酸化剤、着色剤及び/又は不活性増量剤の群から選択されるさらなる製剤補助剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 少なくとも1種類のさらなる殺菌活性物質を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を60℃より低い温度で低圧押出することを特徴とする、WG製剤を調製する方法。
- 存在している農薬活性物質を植物及び/又はその環境に施用するための、請求項5に記載のWG製剤の使用。
- 請求項5に記載のWG製剤並びに増量剤及び/又は界面活性剤を含むことを特徴とする組成物。
- 菌類を防除するための、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の使用。
