- 90%(乾燥/乾燥)より多い、好ましくは95%より多い、さらに好ましくは98%より多い澱粉含有量と、
- 1%(乾燥/乾燥)より少ない、コロイド状の繊維残渣の含有量と、
- 1%より少ない、好ましくは0.5%より少ない、さらに好ましくは0.1〜0.35%(乾燥/乾燥)のタンパク質の含有量とを有することを特徴とする。
2種の「スタインホール」接着剤組成物を製造する。一方は、WO2004/044082の教示による、天然の、すなわち改質していないエンドウ豆澱粉PSのみを使用し、もう一方は、第2部分に天然エンドウ豆澱粉(PS)と天然ジャガイモ澱粉(POS)の比が80:20の混合物を含む点で前者とは異なるものである。
次に、こうした現象を理解するために、本発明者らは、いわゆる「三重段」ボール紙を製造する際に、両方とも第1部分に天然エンドウ豆澱粉を含む組成物であって、第2部分に、天然エンドウ豆澱粉含むか、または70%天然エンドウ豆澱粉と30%天然ジャガイモ澱粉を含む本発明の混合物のいずれかを含む2種の「スタインホール」組成物を使用して、機械上で直接比較を行う。
本発明者らは、いずれも第1部分に天然トウモロコシ澱粉だけを共に含む複両面(DD)ボール紙を接着するための2種のスタインホール接着剤組成物を調製する。
本発明者らは、2種の組成物、すなわち、第2部分に天然トウモロコシ澱粉/天然エンドウ豆澱粉の混合物、および、天然トウモロコシ澱粉/天然ジャガイモ澱粉の混合物をそれぞれ含む、本発明による組成物E、および、従来技術による組成物Fを調製する。
次に、実施例4からの2種の組成物EおよびFを、タイプGのミクロレベルの段の接着に使用する。処方Fで満足する接着を実現するには、機械の加熱板の全て、すなわち、14バールの水蒸気が出る20個の板を使用する必要がある。それに比べて、処方Eは、加熱プロフィールを非常に著しく改変することができる。実際、最初は4個、最後は6個の板で、水蒸気圧を5バールに下げることができた。
第1および第2部分に使用されるエンドウ豆澱粉単独と、第1部分および第2部分で共に使用される、50%エンドウ豆澱粉と50%ジャガイモ澱粉の混合物の相対的な性能を確定するために、工業的試験を試みた。
本発明者らは、WO2004/044082の教示に従って、天然エンドウ豆澱粉PSのみを使用する「ミノカー」接着剤組成物を調製する。
次いで、本発明者らは、第1部分および第2部分にそれぞれ以下のものを含む組成物を比較する。
- エンドウ豆澱粉のみ(処方M1)
- 75%エンドウ豆澱粉と25%ジャガイモ澱粉の混合物(処方M2)
- 50%エンドウ豆澱粉と50%ジャガイモ澱粉の混合物(処方M3)
本発明者らは、第1部分がアルカリ剤なしで熱反応によって製造される2種の「プリスティム」組成物P1およびP2を調製する。
Claims (12)
- 第1部分および第2部分を含む、段ボール紙を接着するための水性接着剤組成物であって、前記第2部分が、非糊化澱粉および/または膨潤澱粉から構成され、豆澱粉と塊茎澱粉との比が30:70〜90:10、好ましくは40:60〜80:20、さらに好ましくは45:55〜75:25であるような、豆澱粉と塊茎澱粉との混合物を必須に含むことを特徴とする、水性接着剤組成物。
- 前記第1部分が、糊化澱粉および/または膨潤澱粉から構成され、豆澱粉と塊茎澱粉の比が、30:70〜90:10、好ましくは40:60〜80:20、さらに好ましくは45:55〜75:25であるような、豆澱粉と塊茎澱粉の混合物を必須に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記豆澱粉、特にエンドウ豆澱粉が、
− 90%(乾燥/乾燥)より多い、好ましくは95%より多い、さらに好ましくは98%より多い澱粉含有量、
− 1%(乾燥/乾燥)より少ないコロイド状の繊維残渣含有量、および
− 1%(乾燥/乾燥)より少ない、好ましくは0.5%より少ない、さらに好ましくは0.1〜0.35%のタンパク質含有量、
を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。 - 前記豆澱粉、特にエンドウ豆澱粉が、15〜60%、好ましくは20〜55%、さらに好ましくは30〜52%のアミロース含有量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記混合物を前記組成物全体に対して10〜40重量%含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記澱粉混合物が、豆澱粉とジャガイモ澱粉の混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、乾燥市販用形態、すなわちその成分に含まれる水以外に水を含んでいない形態であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- − アルカリ性物質を、前記組成物全体に対して0.3〜5重量%、
− ホウ砂またはホウ素を含有する他の化合物を、前記澱粉全体に対して0.01〜5重量%、
含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。 - − 予備成形した帯状の紙の段の先端に、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を塗布する工程、
− 前記組成物でコーティングした段の先端に、ライナまたは平らなボール紙を当てる工程、
− 乾燥させる工程、
を少なくとも1回は含むことを特徴とする、段ボール紙を製造する方法。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1種の組成物を含むことを特徴とする、段ボール紙。
