Description
また、半田付けされた部分は、温度変化等の環境変化により劣化が進むため、長期間に亘り安定した接続が得られないという問題があった。
また、接続端子と絶縁基板および出力端子との間が、弾性接触により接続されているため、温度変化等の環境変化による劣化が少なく、長期安定性を図ることができる。
Claims (5)
- 取付溝が形成された筐体と、前記筐体に配設された出力端子と、前記筐体に配設され、検出パターンが形成された絶縁基板と、前記取付溝に取り付けられ、前記出力端子と前記絶縁基板とを電気的に接続する接続端子とを備え、
前記接続端子は、
離間して対向配置された一対の弾性片を有して構成され、前記取付溝に挿入される挿入部と、
前記挿入部の一方の弾性片の挿入端の反対側の端部に連なり、前記絶縁基板を弾性挟持して前記検出パターンに接触するクリップ部と、
前記挿入部の他方の弾性片の挿入端の反対側の端部に連なり、前記挿入部の前記取付溝への挿入により前記取付溝の内壁からの反力を受けて前記出力端子に弾性接触する弾性接触部とを有することを特徴とする端子接続構造。 - 前記出力端子は、前記弾性接触部との接触面が前記取付溝の内壁から露出するように前記筐体に配設され、
前記接触面は、前記内壁の表面と面一または前記内壁の表面よりも引っ込んだ位置にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の端子接続構造。 - 前記絶縁基板は、前記クリップ部をクリップ位置にガイドする基板側ガイド部を有し、
前記接続端子は、前記基板側ガイド部と共に、前記クリップ部をクリップ位置にガイドする端子側ガイド部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の端子接続構造。 - 前記基板側ガイド部は、前記クリップ位置に対する左右方向の位置決め用の第1のガイド面と、前記クリップ位置に対する前後方向の位置合わせ用の第2のガイド面とを有し、
前記端子側ガイド部は、前記第1のガイド面に沿うように形成され、
前記クリップ部は、前記端子側ガイド部が前記第1のガイド面に沿って前記第2のガイド面に当接することにより前記クリップ位置にガイドされることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の端子接続構造。 - 請求項1ないし請求項4に記載の端子接続構造を備えたことを特徴とする回転型センサ。
