Claims (19)
- インプラント可能な医療装置であって、
一定の長さを有し、該長さに沿って互いに反対の方向を向いた一連の頂端を有する第1のフレームワークエレメントであって、共通の中心軸の周囲に螺旋状に配置された第1のフレームワークエレメントと、
一定の長さを有し、該長さに沿って互いに反対の方向を向いた一連の頂端を有する第2のフレームワークエレメントであって、共通の中心軸の周囲に螺旋状に配置され、前記第1のフレームワークエレメントの頂端と前記第2のフレームワークエレメントの頂端が互いに隣接する位置にあるように前記第1のフレームワークエレメントと共に位置決めされた第2のフレームワークエレメントと、
前記第1のフレームワークエレメントを前記第2のフレームワークエレメントに、螺旋状の第1のコースに沿って、隣接する第1のフレームワークエレメントの頂端と第2のフレームワークエレメントの頂端とを通ってつなぐ第1の可撓性リンケージエレメントと、
前記第1のフレームワークエレメントを前記第2のフレームワークエレメントに、前記螺旋状の第1のコースと異なる螺旋状の第2のコースに沿って、隣接する第2のフレームワークエレメントの頂端と第1のフレームワークエレメントの頂端とを通ってつなぐ第2の可撓性リンケージエレメントと、
を有し、
前記第1の可撓性リンケージエレメントが前記第2の可撓性リンケージエレメントと異なる物理的特性を示す材料で作られている、
インプラント可能な医療装置。 - 前記第1の可撓性リンケージが前記第1のフレームワークエレメントと前記第2のフレームワークエレメントの少なくとも2つの隣接する頂端をつなぎ合わす、請求項1に記載のインプラント可能な医療装置。
- 前記第2の可撓性リンケージが前記第2のフレームワークエレメントと前記第1のフレームワークエレメントの少なくとも2つの隣接する頂端をつなぎ合わす、請求項1に記載のインプラント可能な医療装置。
- 前記第1のフレームワークエレメントが前記第2のフレームワークエレメントと異なる物理的特性を示す材料で作られている、請求項1に記載のインプラント可能な医療装置。
- 前記第1のフレームワークエレメントが前記第2のフレームワークエレメントと異なる物理的特性を示す横断面積形状を有する、請求項1に記載のインプラント可能な医療装置。
- 前記第1の可撓性リンケージエレメントが前記第2の可撓性リンケージエレメントと異なる物理的特性を示す横断面積形状を有する、請求項1に記載のインプラント可能な医療装置。
- 一定の長さを有し、該長さに沿って互いに反対の方向を向いた一連の頂端を有する第3のフレームワークエレメントを更に有する、請求項1に記載のインプラント可能な医療装置。
- 第3の可撓性リンケージエレメントを、更に有する、請求項7に記載のインプラント可能な医療装置。
- 被膜を更に有する、請求項1に記載のインプラント可能な医療装置。
- 前記被膜と分離できるように組み合わされた生体活性材料を更に有する、請求項9に記載のインプラント可能な医療装置。
- インプラント可能な医療装置であって、
一定の長さを有し、該長さに沿って互いに反対の方向を向いた一連の頂端を有する第1のフレームワークエレメントであって、共通の中心軸の周囲に螺旋状に配置された第1のフレームワークエレメントと、
一定の長さを有し、該長さに沿って互いに反対の方向を向いた一連の頂端を有する第2のフレームワークエレメントであって、共通の中心軸の周囲に螺旋状に配置され、前記第1のフレームワークエレメントの頂端と前記第2のフレームワークエレメントの頂端が互いに隣接する位置にあるように前記第1のフレームワークエレメントと共に位置決めされた第2のフレームワークエレメントと、
前記第1のフレームワークエレメントを前記第2のフレームワークエレメントに、螺旋状の第1のコースに沿って、隣接する第1のフレームワークエレメントの頂端と第2のフレームワークエレメントの頂端とを通ってつなぐ第1の可撓性リンケージエレメントと、
前記第1のフレームワークエレメントを前記第2のフレームワークエレメントに、前記螺旋状の第1のコースと異なる螺旋状の第2のコースに沿って、隣接する第2のフレームワークエレメントの頂端と第1のフレームワークエレメントの頂端とを通ってつなぐ第2の可撓性リンケージエレメントと、
前記装置の少なくとも一部に施された被膜と、
を有し、
前記第1の可撓性リンケージエレメントが前記第2の可撓性リンケージエレメントと異なる物理的特性を示す材料で作られている、

- 前記第1の可撓性リンケージが前記第1のフレームワークエレメントと前記第2のフレームワークエレメントの少なくとも2つの隣接する頂端をつなぎ合わす、請求項11に記載のインプラント可能な医療装置。
- 前記第2の可撓性リンケージが前記第2のフレームワークエレメントと前記第1のフレームワークエレメントの少なくとも2つの隣接する頂端をつなぎ合わす、請求項11に記載のインプラント可能な医療装置。
- 前記第1のフレームワークエレメントが前記第2のフレームワークエレメントと異なる物理的特性を示す材料で作られている、請求項11に記載のインプラント可能な医療装置。
- 前記第1のフレームワークエレメントが前記第2のフレームワークエレメントと異なる物理的特性を示す横断面積形状を有する、請求項11に記載のインプラント可能な医療装置。
