Claims (6)
- 予め定められた前進方向へ体腔内を自律的に移動するのに適した内視鏡装置において、前端部分(2)と後端部分(3)の2つの端部分間に延びる可変長管状体(1)を含み、前記前端部分(2)及び前記後端部分(3)がそれぞれ、それぞれ前記管状体(1)への圧縮空気の注入及び前記管状体(1)内での真空の生成の結果として起こる、前記管状体(1)の対応する軸方向の伸長及び収縮と同期させて、前記端を前記体腔の壁に一時的に交互に固定するための固定手段(4)と、前記固定手段(4)を作動させるための空気圧アクチュエータ手段(5)とを含み、前記固定手段が、固定されたジョー(4a)と、前記アクチュエータ手段(5)に接続され、多チャネル支持体(7)上を軸方向に滑動する可動性のジョー(4b)とを含み、前記多チャネル支持体(7)に、少なくとも1つの吸引穴(10)が形成されており、それによって前記2つのジョー(4a、4b)間に、前記体腔の周囲の組織を前記2つのジョー間に引き込むのに適した適当な真空が生成され、このようにして、前記体腔の前記周囲の組織を、一端の前記ジョー間と他端の前記ジョー間に一時的に交互に把持することができる内視鏡装置であって、
複数の縦開口(13)が形成された側面(16)を有する中空の円筒部材(12)によって形成された、均等に穿孔されたダイアフラムが、前記少なくとも1つの吸引穴(10)の位置に、前記多チャネル支持体(7)の表面から間隔をあけて、前記多チャネル支持体(7)と同軸に配置され、前記開口の幅が前記穴(10)の幅よりも小さく、前記開口が前記側面(16)に周方向に沿って均等に分布し、
前記円筒部材(12)上に設けられた少なくとも1つの外周リブ(14)が、前記側面(16)の中間位置から延びるようにされたことを特徴とする内視鏡装置。 - 前記外周リブ(14)が比較的に軟かい材料でできている、請求項1に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記円筒形部材(12)が、環状ダイアフラム(16)並びに前記ダイアフラムの周縁から半径方向内側へ延びる2つのフランジ(17)によって形成された、請求項1に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記円筒形部材(12)が、前記多チャネル支持体(7)上に圧力ばめによって取り付けられており、前記円筒形部材(12)が、前記支持体上に形成されたショルダ(18)に当接した、請求項1に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記縦開口(13)の幅が前記穴(10)の直径の半分よりも小さい、請求項1に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記可変長管状体(1)が、その長さにわたって分布し、その半径方向にはかなり剛性に富み、その軸方向には柔軟な強化構造(19)を含む弾性材料でできている、請求項1に記載の内視鏡装置。
