Claims (2)
- 一対の基板を基板間に放電空間が形成されるように対向配置するとともに前記放電空間を複数に仕切るための隔壁を少なくとも一方の基板に配置し、かつ前記隔壁により仕切られた放電空間で放電が発生するように基板に電極群を配置するとともに放電により発光する蛍光体層を設けたパネル本体を有するプラズマディスプレイ装置であって、
前記蛍光体層はZn2SiO4:Mnと(Y,Gd)BO3:Tbとの混合物よりなる緑色蛍光体層を備え、
前記Zn2SiO4:Mnの表面の一部に酸化アルミニウムがコートされるとともにXPS装置での測定による前記Zn 2 SiO 4 :Mnの最表面から10nm以内におけるSi元素に対するAl元素の比が0.6以上7.0以下であることを特徴とするプラズマディスプレイ装置。 - 前記Si元素に対するAl元素の比が1.4以上2.0以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラズマディスプレイ装置。
