Claims (4)
- ガラス製品金型(12)に炭素すすを付着させるバーナーであって、

前記出口ポートから出る燃料及び酸化体に点火するために、前記バーナーノズル内の前記電極通路内に取り外し可能に受け入れられた点火電極組立体(48)を有し、当該点火電極組立体は、点火電極(54)を含み、前記点火電極は、当該点火電極を前記バーナーノズルから絶縁する絶縁体スリーブ(56)によって包囲されている、

前記点火電極(54)は、取付ナット(60)によって保持されており、取付ナット(60)は、前記出力端子(74)が前記コンダクタープレートに接続された位置から離れた位置で前記コンダクタープレートに螺合されており、電力は、前記点火コイル、点火コイルの前記出力端子、前記コンダクタープレート、及び前記取付ナットから前記点火電極に流れること、
を特徴とするバーナー。 - 前記点火コイル(68)、前記コンダクタープレート(62)、及び前記点火電極(54)は、ハウジング(66)によって保持されており、前記ハウジングとともに、副組立体として前記バーナーブロック(42)に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載のバーナー。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記コンダクタープレートと前記電極コイルとを前記バーナーブロックから絶縁するために、絶縁性材料で形成されている、請求項2に記載のバーナー。
- 前記電極コイル(68)は、前記ハウジング(66)内に封入されている、請求項3に記載のバーナー。
