技术领域
本申请的披露内容涉及对从燃烧器中出来的气体进行火花点火,从而将烟黑沉积到玻璃器皿类成形模具的玻璃接触表面上面。
背景技术
美国专利申请2003/0221455A1披露了一种用于将碳火焰沉积到玻璃器皿类成形模具的玻璃接触表面上面的系统。燃烧器包括具有分开的燃料和氧化剂气体通道的喷嘴,所述燃料和氧化剂气体通道终止于喷嘴的相应的多个出口端口。该多个出口端口优选形成环形复合阵列,所述燃料和氧化剂出口端口在所述环形复合阵列中彼此交替布置。氧化剂出口端口优选包括具有相对于所述环形阵列呈径向设置的长度尺寸的狭槽。燃料出口端口优选呈圆形。包括点火电极和接地电极的一对火花电极彼此隔开并且被设置在从燃烧器中出来的气体流内。接通所述电极从而点燃含碳的气体混合物且形成将导电碳颗粒淀积到模具的玻璃接触表面上面的火焰。将所述电极浸入火焰通路中使得所述电极对碳的堆积变得敏感。另外,所述电极可以使火焰模式产生偏转或者改变火焰模式,特别是当碳堆积在所述电极上面时,从而致使比最合适量的碳更少量的碳沉积在模具表面上面。于2005年7月27日提交的美国专利申请11/190,366披露了一种燃烧器,其中所述电极中的一个电极由燃烧器喷嘴承载,以便在另一个电极被定位在火焰外面时被点燃的火焰所环绕。
发明内容
本申请的披露内容的主要目的在于提供一种能够减少或消除火花电极上面的碳沉积的玻璃器皿类模具润滑系统,其中所述电极不影响点燃的含碳气体的火焰模式,并且其中所述火花电极(点火电极和接地电极)被承载与燃烧器喷嘴一起作为一个组件。

根据本发明的一个方面的用于将碳黑沉积到玻璃器皿类成形模具上面的燃烧器包括燃烧器喷嘴,所述燃烧器喷嘴具有单个气体出口端口的环形阵列、与第一组多个出口端口相连且设置在所述喷嘴内的燃料通道和与第二组多个出口端口相连且设置在所述喷嘴内的氧化剂通道。所述第一组多个出口端口与所述第二组多个出口端口围绕环形阵列一个一个单独地交替设置,从而使得所述阵列呈现出围绕环形阵列交替布置的燃料出口端口和氧化剂出口端口。点火电极被设置在燃烧器喷嘴上面出口端口的环形阵列内,用于点燃从出口端口中出来的燃料和氧化剂。点火电极优选呈被绝缘体可伸缩地环绕且居中设置在燃烧器喷嘴上面出口端口的环形阵列内的细长点火电极棒的形式,且接地电极可伸缩地环绕着所述绝缘体。接地电极优选是燃烧器喷嘴的一部分并且被电连接到装配有燃烧器喷嘴的燃烧器装配台架上。

美国专利申请2003/0221455A1的披露内容在此作为参考而被引用。
图1示出了一种用于对玻璃器皿类成形模具12的玻璃接触表面进行润滑的系统10。图中以实例的方式示出了模具12,所述实例包括具有相应的玻璃接触表面18,20的一对模具段14,16。模具12具有与气体燃烧器24对齐的开口端22。(应该意识到:在玻璃器皿类成形系统的工作过程中燃烧器24和系统10进行移动从而与开口端22对齐和不对齐)燃烧器24优选包括大致如在上面所述的美国专利申请2003/0221455A1中所披露的类型的燃烧器喷嘴26,所述燃烧器喷嘴包括被承载在外部构件或帽30内的内部构件或喷嘴尖(tip)28。优选为燃料气体通道的第一气体通道32延伸穿过喷嘴尖28并且终止于出口端口34的环形阵列(图2)。优选为氧化剂气体通道的第二气体通道38在喷嘴尖28与帽30之间延伸至出口端口40的第二环形阵列(图2)。如图2中最佳示出,出口端口34,40优选彼此以出口端口的复合环形阵列的方式交替设置。如图2中最佳示出,优选为燃料出口端口的端口34优选具有圆形的几何形状,而优选为氧化剂出口端口的端口40优选以具有相对于所述环形阵列呈径向设置的长度尺寸的狭槽的形式存在。该优选的环形端口构造具有在燃烧器喷嘴26的出口端的下游产生环形气体混合物的优势,其中由于端口40具有狭槽形的几何形状,因此该中心是富含氧化剂的。当然,也可以使用其它的燃烧器喷嘴出口端口构型。
喷嘴尖28被装配在帽30内,并且帽30优选通过被可螺合地接收在燃烧器台架中相应的开口43内,从而被装配在燃烧器台架42内(图1和图3)。在本发明的图示示例性实施例中,燃烧器喷嘴尖28为包括紧固在喷嘴尖壳体92内的喷嘴尖孔口90的两件式组件。通道32包括在喷嘴尖孔口90与壳体92之间进行延伸的环形通道,然后是延伸穿过喷嘴尖孔口90的端部94到达端口34的多条单独的通道。燃烧器台架42具有与喷嘴26中的通道38组合连通的用于将氧化剂供给至出口端口40的第一气体通道44(图2)。出口端口优选被设置在喷嘴尖孔口90中。燃烧器台架42具有与喷嘴26中的通道32组合连通的用于将可燃燃料供给至出口端口34的第二气体通道46(图2)。通道44,46可具有任何适当的几何形状,图1中所示的几何形状仅是示例而已。喷嘴尖孔口90的上端部51被可伸缩地接收在燃烧器台架42的通道50内。0形密封圈或其它适合的垫片密封接合通道50的内表面。
点火电极组件48包括具有被管状绝缘体套筒56可伸缩地环绕的导电构造的棒形点火电极54。在本发明的示例性实施例中,绝缘体套筒的外表面被可伸缩地接收在喷嘴尖孔口90的中空内部内,该喷嘴尖孔口是燃烧器喷嘴的一部分并且起到火花电极装置中的接地电极的作用。如图1中所示,在套筒56的外表面的主要部分与喷嘴尖孔口90的相对的内表面之间可能存在径向间隙或间隔,且在套筒和喷嘴尖的下端形成紧配合从而防止燃料混合物的进入。如果需要的话,单独的接地电极套筒可被设置作为电极组件48的一部分。火花电极54的喷嘴尖被暴露出来,并且在出口端口34,40的阵列内居中定位,最佳如图2所示。
点火电极54的外端被电连接至且被紧固到被螺合接收在导体板62内的装配螺母60上面。导体板62被装配在绝缘体壳体64内。点火模块子组件66包括与点火线圈68组合在一起的壳体64和板62。点火线圈68包括具有输入端子72(图1和图5)的用于接收来自外部控制电路的火花点火信号的初级绕组70(图6),和具有与导体板62相连的输出端子74的次级绕组73。第二输入端子76(图5和图6)电连接至大地。如所述在将线圈68组装在壳体64内并且连接端子72-76之后,优选用适合的灌封材料78充注壳体64。具有线圈68的壳体64被装配在燃烧器装配台架42的凹部84内。电极54、绝缘体56和螺母60的组件68优选可从点火模块子组件66上面拆卸下来,以便进行维修和修理。盖80借助螺钉82被紧固到壳体64上面,从而盖住组件中的点火电极。
因此,点火电极54与燃烧器装配台架42和接地电极/喷嘴尖90绝缘开,同时接地电极/喷嘴尖90优选与燃烧器台架42电连接在一起。燃烧器台架42优选被物理连接和电连接到适当的接地装配结构上面,从而移动燃烧器使其对齐和不对齐模具12。燃料和氧化剂通过通道46,44被供给至喷嘴56,并且通过经由线圈68对点火电极54施加电能从而对从燃烧器喷嘴26中出来的气体进行点火。在气体出口端口的环形阵列内的点火电极和接地电极的布置,特别是结合前文所述的在气体混合物中形成富氧中心部分的优选具有狭槽形几何形状的氧化剂出口端口40,减少或消除了烟黑在点火电极54与接地电极/喷嘴尖90之间的沉积。此外,点火电极和接地电极被设置成与燃烧器喷嘴单个组合在一起。
由此,本申请的披露内容提供了一种完全满足本发明的全部目的和目标的玻璃器皿类模具润滑系统和燃烧器。在上文中已经结合当前的优选实施例对本发明进行了描述,同时也讨论了多种变型和改型。鉴于前面的描述,本领域的技术人员将容易地意识到其它变型和改型。本申请的披露内容旨在包括落入所附权利要求书的精神和广义范围内的所有这些变型和改型。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于将烟黑沉积到玻璃器皿类模具(12)上面的燃烧器,所述燃烧器包括:
具有导电构造的燃烧器台架(42),所述燃烧器台架具有开口(43)和延伸穿过所述燃烧器台架用于将燃料和氧化剂供给至所述开口的独立通道(44,46),
被接收在所述开口内且被电连接到所述燃烧器台架上的具有导电构造的燃烧器喷嘴(26),所述燃烧器喷嘴具有单个气体出口端口(34,40)的环形阵列、与所述燃烧器台架中的多条通道中的第一通道对齐且与所述出口端口中的第一组多个出口端口相连的燃料通道(32)、与所述燃烧器台架中的多条通道中的第二通道对齐且与所述出口端口中的第二组多个出口端口相连的氧化剂通道(38)和被设置在所述气体出口端口的环形阵列内延伸穿过所述燃烧器喷嘴的电极通道,
所述第一组多个出口端口与所述第二组多个出口端口围绕所述环形阵列交替设置,从而使得所述环形阵列呈现出围绕所述环形阵列交替布置的燃料出口端口和氧化剂出口端口,和
被可拆卸地接收在所述燃烧器喷嘴的所述电极通道中用于对从所述出口端口中出来的燃料和氧化剂进行点火的点火电极组件(48),所述点火电极组件包括被将点火电极与所述燃烧器喷嘴绝缘开的绝缘套筒(56)环绕的点火电极(54),
其特征在于,
电气线圈(68)得到所述燃烧器台架的承载,所述电气线圈具有用于接收点火信号的输入端子(72)和输出端子(74),并且
燃烧器台架上的导体板(62)被电连接至所述电气线圈的所述输出端子且所述点火电极被电连接至所述导体板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃烧器,其中所述点火电极(54)得到装配螺母(60)的承载,所述装配螺母在与所述输出端子(74)连接所述导体板的位置隔开的部位处被螺合连接到所述导体板上面,从而使得电能由所述电气线圈、所述电气线圈的所述输出端子、所述导体板和所述装配螺母施加给所述点火电极。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的燃烧器,其中所述电气线圈(68)、所述导体板(62)和所述点火电极(54)得到壳体(66)的承载并且与所述壳体作为子组件被装配到所述燃烧器台架(42)上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的燃烧器,其中所述壳体(66)具有将所述导体板和所述电气线圈与所述燃烧器台架电绝缘开的电绝缘材料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的燃烧器,其中所述电气线圈(68)被封装在所述壳体(66)内。
