Claims (12)
- 機械的振動エネルギを電気エネルギに変換するための電気機械的発電機において、
固定端、自由端、及びこれらの間の中央部分を持つ片持ちばねと、
前記固定端が固定される、前記片持ちばね用のマウントと、
前記片持ちばねの自由端に配置されたマスとを含み、
前記マスは、片持ちばねと一体に形成された支持部材と、磁束領域を形成するコイル又は少なくとも一つの磁石のいずれかと、コイル又は少なくとも一つの磁石のいずれかを保持するためのホルダとを有し、このホルダは支持部材に固定され、
前記片持ちばね自体の前記固定端の剛性および前記自由端の剛性が、前記片持ちばねの前記中央部分の剛性よりも大きく、
前記固定端の剛性および自由端の剛性は、前記片持ちばねの断面形状又は断面寸法のうちの少なくとも一方を変化させることによって高められ、
前記片持ちばね及び前記マウントは一体であり、これによって、前記一体のマウントは、前記片持ちばねの前記固定端を形成し、
前記自由端の剛性は更に片持ちばねと一体の支持部材の厚みを大きくすることにより高められる、電気機械的発電機。 - 請求項1に記載の電気機械的発電機において、
前記片持ちばねの前記固定端および前記自由端の少なくとも一方の剛性が、前記片持ちばねの前記中央部分の剛性の少なくとも二倍である、電気機械的発電機。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の電気機械的発電機において、
前記片持ちばねの前記固定端及び前記自由端の両方の剛性が、前記片持ちばねの前記中央部分の剛性の少なくとも二倍である、電気機械的発電機。 - 請求項1乃至3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の電気機械的発電機において、
少なくとも一つの磁石が前記片持ちばねの前記自由端に配置されており、前記少なくとも一つの磁石が、隙間内に磁束領域を形成し、更に、前記隙間内に受け入れられるコイルを含む、電気機械的発電機。 - 請求項4に記載の電気機械的発電機において、
前記マウントは、前記電気機械的発電機用ハウジングのフレームを含む、電気機械的発電機。 - 請求項5に記載の電気機械的発電機において、
前記フレームは、前記片持ちばね、前記少なくとも一つの磁石、及び前記支持部材が配置されるキャビティを形成する、電気機械的発電機。 - 請求項6に記載の電気機械的発電機において、更に、
前記コイルが取り付けられるプレート部材を含み、該プレート部材は前記フレームに固定される、電気機械的発電機。 - 請求項6又は7に記載の電気機械的発電機において、更に、
前記フレームに取り付けられ、前記キャビティを覆うカバー部材を含む、電気機械的発電機。 - 請求項6、7、又は8に記載の電気機械的発電機において、更に、
前記フレームに取り付けられ、前記キャビティを覆うベース部材を含む、電気機械的発電機。 - 請求項1乃至9のうちいずれか一項に記載の電気機械的発電機において、
前記磁石ホルダは、ねじ山を備えたコネクタによって前記支持部材に固定されており、前記ねじ山を備えたコネクタは、前記片持ちばねに対する前記ホルダの長さ方向位置を変化することによって、前記電気機械的発電機の共振周波数を変化するように調整自在である、電気機械的発電機。 - 請求項10に記載の電気機械的発電機において、
前記ねじ山を備えたコネクタは、前記ホルダ及び前記支持部材の一方に装着した第1へッド部品と、前記ホルダ及び前記支持部材の他方に装着した第2バレル部品とを含み、前記へッド部品及び前記バレル部品は互いに螺着される、電気機械的発電機。 - 請求項11に記載の電気機械的発電機において、
前記ホルダは、前記ホルダ及び前記支持部材の一方から延びており且つ前記ホルダ及び前記支持部材の他方の穴に摺動自在に受け入れられる少なくとも一つのピンによって前記支持部材に取り付けられる、電気機械的発電機。
