Claims (10)
- 水平式ストリップ鋳造法によりストリップ又は型鋼が鋳造され、鋳型(3)上又は容器(2)内の液状の溶湯又は凝固した鋳造製品の厚さが測定される、測定装置(5)によってストリップ又は型鋼の鋳造装置で適用するための厚さを測定するための装置において、
測定装置(5)による鋳型(3)上の溶湯の厚さの測定から、幅方向の厚さの差であるテーパ及び長手方向の起伏が検知され、テーパが検知された場合に鋳型(3)の傾斜を制御するための装置と、起伏が検知された場合に容器(2)から鋳型(3)への溶湯のマスフローを調整するための装置が、溶湯のテーパ及び/又は起伏に少なくとも反作用するように、制御されることを特徴とする装置。 - 測定装置が、非接触式で作動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 測定装置が、レーザ及び光学センサによって作動することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 測定装置が、接触式で作動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 測定装置が、接触式レベルセンサによって作動することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 測定信号に基づいて、溶湯を動的に分配するための装置が、鋳型への溶湯のマスフローを調整するために制御されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 容器内の溶湯の厚さが、溶湯が注入される注入領域及び/又は溶湯が鋳型に供給される供給領域で測定されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 水平式ストリップ鋳造法によりストリップ又は型鋼が鋳造され、鋳型(3)上又は容器(2)内の液状の溶湯又は凝固した鋳造製品の厚さが測定される、測定装置(5)によってストリップ又は型鋼の鋳造装置で適用するための厚さを測定するための方法において、
測定装置(5)による鋳型(3)上の溶湯の厚さの測定から、幅方向の厚さの差であるテーパ及び長手方向の起伏が検知され、テーパが検知された場合に鋳型(3)の傾斜を制御するための装置と、起伏が検知された場合に容器(2)から鋳型(3)への溶湯のマスフローを調整するための装置が、溶湯のテーパ及び/又は起伏に少なくとも反作用するように、制御されることを特徴とする方法。 - 測定装置が、非接触式又は接触式で作動することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 測定装置の測定信号に基づいて、溶湯を動的に分配するための装置が、鋳型への溶湯のマスフローを調整するために制御されることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の方法。
