Claims (1)
- 供給された蒸気によって発電し、発電に利用された前記蒸気を排出する発電装置であって、
膨張室に導入された前記蒸気の圧力による当該膨張室の容積変化に応じて動力を発生するスクリュ膨張機と、
前記スクリュ膨張機からの前記動力が伝達されるように動力伝達手段を介して当該スクリュ膨張機に連結される発電機と、
前記スクリュ膨張機の下流側の流路に設けられて通過する前記蒸気が絞り膨張されることにより、前記供給された蒸気が前記スクリュ膨張機を通過することで当該蒸気から発生するドレンを抑制する減圧弁と、
前記スクリュ膨張機から前記減圧弁までの間の前記蒸気の圧力を計測する圧力計と、
前記発電機の回転数制御を介して前記スクリュ膨張機の回転数を制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記スクリュ膨張機は、回転数を制御することによって当該スクリュ膨張機から排出される蒸気の圧力を制御できる構成を有し、
前記制御部は、前記圧力計によって計測された蒸気の圧力に基づいて前記発電機の回転数を制御することにより、前記スクリュ膨張機の出口圧力を所望の圧力にすることを特徴とする発電装置。
