Description
以下、関連図面を参照して、本発明の一実施の形態による拡散レンズについて詳述する。図3は、本発明による拡散レンズの断面図である。まず、図3に示すように、本発明による拡散レンズ120は、発光素子(図示せず)からの発散光が入射する第1のレンズ面121と、第1のレンズ面121を介して入射した光を外部に拡散させる第2のレンズ面122と、第1のレンズ面121及び第2のレンズ面122の各々の両側端に延び、凹凸状に設けられ、発光素子112(図4参照)からの発散光を屈折させる屈折部123とを含むことができる。
図4及び図5は各々、本発明による発光素子組立体の断面図であり、図6は、本発明による発光素子組立体の発光角度を示したグラフである。
図7は、本発明による発光素子組立体の応用例1を示した断面図である。本発明による発光素子組立体を用いた応用例1は、前述の構造になされた多数の発光素子組立体100が、所定の回路パターン(図示せず)が設けられた基板210上に実装される。
図8は,本発明による発光素子組立体の応用例2を示した断面図である。本発明による発光素子組立体の応用例2は、発光素子組立体100を所定の回路パターン(図示せず)が設けられた基板330上に実装させ、発光素子組立体100の実装された多数の基板330を互いに並列連結して、筺体310に固定結合させる。
図9は,本発明による発光素子組立体の応用例3を示した断面図である。本発明による発光素子組立体100の応用例3は、発光素子組立体100の実装された多数の照明用筺体410と、照明用筺体410を固定するための固定棒420と、固定棒420を支持するための支持棒430と、支持棒430を地面に固定結合させるための支持台450とから成ることができる。

Claims (13)
- 発光素子からの発散光を拡散させる拡散レンズにおいて、
中央部が凸状に形成され、前記発光素子からの発散光が入射する第1のレンズ面と、
前記第1のレンズ面と対応するように中央部が凸状に形成され、前記第1のレンズ面を介して入射した光を、外部に拡散させる第2のレンズ面と、
前記第1のレンズ面及び第2のレンズ面の各々の両側端に延び、凹凸状に設けられ、前記発光素子からの発散光を屈折させる屈折部と、
前記第2のレンズ面の両側端に延設され、前記屈折部と前記発光素子とを隔てる支持部と、を含む拡散レンズ。 - 前記屈折部が、V字形、菱形または円錐形より選ばれるいずれか一つの凹凸状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の拡散レンズ。
- 前記第1のレンズ面の曲率半径が、前記第2のレンズ面の曲率半径より小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の拡散レンズ。
- 前記拡散レンズが、光学ガラスまたは光学合成樹脂から成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の拡散レンズ。
- 前記光学ガラスが、BK7またはSK5から成ることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の拡散レンズ。
- 前記光学合成樹脂が、ポリカーボネート樹脂またはアクリル樹脂から成ることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の拡散レンズ。
- 発光素子が実装された発光素子パッケージとそれから発散される光を拡散させる拡散レンズとからなる発光素子組立体であって、
前記拡散レンズが、
中央部が凸状に形成され、前記発光素子からの発散光が入射する第1のレンズ面と、
前記第1のレンズ面と対応するように中央部が凸状に形成され、前記第1のレンズ面を介して入射した光を、外部に拡散させる第2のレンズ面と、
前記第1のレンズ面及び第2のレンズ面の各々の両側端に延び、凹凸状に設けられ、前記発光素子からの発散光を屈折させる屈折部と、
前記第2のレンズ面の両側端に延設され、前記屈折部と前記発光素子パッケージとを隔てる支持部と、
を含む発光素子組立体。 - 前記拡散レンズの屈折部が、V字形、菱形または円錐形より選ばれるいずれか一つの凹凸状であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の発光素子組立体。
- 前記第1のレンズ面の曲率半径が、前記第2のレンズ面の曲率半径より小さいことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の発光素子組立体。
- 前記拡散レンズが、光学ガラスまたは光学合成樹脂から成ることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の発光素子組立体。
- 前記光学ガラスが、BK7またはSK5から成ることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の発光素子組立体。
- 前記光学合成樹脂が、ポリカーボネート樹脂またはアクリル樹脂から成ることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の発光素子組立体。
- 前記発光素子が、LEDであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の発光素子組立体。
