Description
Claims (2)
- プリント媒体上に相変化インキを転写させるためのオフセット印刷装置であって、
(a)相変化インキ画像中に前記相変化インキを被着させるための相変化インキコンポーネントと、
(b)前記相変化インキコンポーネントから前記相変化インキ画像を受取るとともに、前記相変化インキ画像を前記プリント媒体に転写させるための画像形成用部材であって、
(i)画像形成用基板および
(ii)画像形成用基板上にある外側被膜であって、(1)弗化ビニリデン、ヘキサフルオロプロピレンおよびテトラフルオロエチレンのコポリマー、(2)弗化ビニリデン、ヘキサフルオロプロピレンおよびテトラフルオロエチレンのターポリマー、(3)弗化ビニリデン、ヘキサフルオロプロピレン、テトラフルオロエチレンおよびキュアサイトモノマーのテトラポリマー、からなる群から選択されるフルオロエラストマーと、平均粒子サイズ約1ナノメートル〜約250ナノメートルのナノサイズ充填剤と、を含む、外側被膜を含む画像形成用部材と、を含み、
前記ナノサイズ充填剤が、テトラエトキシオルトシリケートまたはチタニウムイソブトキシドを含み、
前記相変化インキコーポネントが、プリントヘッドである、オフセット印刷装置。 - 前記平均粒子サイズは約10ナノメートル〜約100ナノメートルである請求項1に記載のオフセット印刷装置。
