Description
テストタイヤを17×7JJのリムに装着し、転がり抵抗試験機を用いて転がり抵抗係数(RRC)を算出した。なお、内圧を230kPa、荷重を380kg、キャンバー角を0°、速度を80km/hとした。比較例1を100として指数評価し、指数が小さいほどRRCが小さく、転がり抵抗性能に優れていることを示す。
テストタイヤを実車(2000ccセダン車)に装着し、濡れた路面において走行速度90km/hから車両停止に至るまでの制動距離を測定した。なお、リムサイズを17×7JJ、内圧を230kPaとした。比較例1を100として指数評価し、指数が小さいほど制動距離が短く、WET制動性能に優れていることを示す。

Claims (3)
- トレッドゴムが、トレッド部外周に配されるキャップゴムと、そのキャップゴムに内接するベースゴムとの積層構造を有し、タイヤ周方向に沿って延びる複数の主溝が前記キャップゴムに設けられている偏平率55%以下の空気入りタイヤにおいて、
タイヤ幅方向最外側に位置する前記主溝の外側壁のタイヤ幅方向外側であって、前記外側壁とタイヤ径方向及びタイヤ幅方向に重複する位置に、前記キャップゴムにより覆われ、前記キャップゴムよりも損失正接tanδが小さい低tanδゴムを配したことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記低tanδゴムの断面高さが主溝深さの20〜100%であり、前記低tanδゴムの断面幅が接地幅の0.5〜30%である請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記キャップゴムの損失正接tanδが0.20以上であるとともに、前記低tanδゴムの損失正接tanδが0.10〜0.18であって、前記キャップゴムの損失正接tanδよりも0.05以上小さい請求項1又は2記載の空気入りタイヤ。
