Claims (4)
- プロセス流体を運ぶための導管と、
導管に結合されるセンサ本体のキャビティ内に収容され、前記センサ本体から取り外し可能である感知装置と、
導管の一部に配置され、導管内のプロセス流体を感知装置から隔離するように構成された湾曲部と、
キャビティからセンサ本体の外面に延びる経路と、
経路内に配置される感圧インジケータと、
を含み、
前記感圧インジケータが、前記キャビティ内の流体の圧力値を示す圧力測定装置を含む、
プロセス流体の流れを測定するための渦流量計。 - 湾曲部を感知装置に結合する支柱をさらに含む、
請求項1記載の渦流量計。 - 導管軸に沿ってプロセス流体を運び、導管の外側面および内側面の間に厚みを減らした部分を有する導管と、
導管内に配置され、圧力の変動に応じて変動するピボット部材を含む分岐バーと、
導管に結合するセンサ本体のキャビティ内に収容され、前記センサ本体から取り外し可能であり、導管の厚みを減らした領域によってプロセス流体から隔離される感知装置と、
キャビティからセンサ本体の外面に延びる経路と、
経路内に配置される感圧インジケータと、
を含み、
前記感圧インジケータが、前記キャビティ内の流体の圧力値を示す圧力測定装置を含む、
プロセス流体の流れを測定するための渦流量計。 - プロセス流体を運ぶための導管と、
導管に結合するセンサ本体のキャビティ内に収容され、前記センサ本体から取り外し可能である感知装置と、
導管の一部に配置され、導管内のプロセス流体を感知装置から隔離するように構成された湾曲部と、
キャビティからセンサ本体の外面に延びる経路内に配置され、キャビティ内のプロセス流体の存在を判定するのに用いるように構成される装置と、を含み、
前記装置が感圧インジケータを含み、前記感圧インジケータが、前記キャビティ内の流体の圧力値を示す圧力測定装置を含む、
プロセス流体の流れを測定するための渦流量計。
