Claims (3)
- 平面実装型LEDを用いたLED電球であって、筒状基体の先端部側に前記平面実装型LEDを内面に複数付設するLED光源部を凹設し、基端部側に電源回路を収納する収納部を凹設すると共に、給電部に螺着する口金を備えた口金取付部を設けた構成とし、前記LED光源部は、前記筒状基体の先端部側に広がる円錐台状凹部に形成し、この円錐台状凹部の周面となるテーパー状周面の先端に、底部と直交する方向に突出する円周面を連設した構成すると共に、内面に反射材を塗着して反射面を形成した構成とし、前記テーパー状周面のテーパー角を45°に設定し、このテーパー状周面の高さ方向中間位置に周方向沿って複数の前記平面実装型LEDを等間隔に付設すると共に、前記底部中央に前記平面実装型LEDを付設して、前記テーパー状周面に付設した複数の前記平面実装型LEDが発する照射光の2/3が直接先方を照射する直接照射光となり、1/3が前記反射面で反射して先方を照射する反射照射光となるように構成し、前記筒状基体は、外周面に多数の放熱部を設けて、この多数の放熱部から前記平面実装型LEDが発する熱を外部に放出するように構成したことを特徴とするLED電球。
- 前記放熱部は、前記筒状基体の長さ方向に長さを有する突条フィンに形成した構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のLED電球。
- 前記LED光源部の前記テーパー状周面及び前記底部に、前記平面実装型LEDを付設する凸状のLED付設部を設け、この凸状のLED付設部に絶縁性且つ熱伝導性を有する絶縁フィルムを設け、この絶縁フィルム上に前記平面実装型LEDを付設したことを特徴とする請求項1,2のいずれか1項に記載のLED電球。
