Description
Claims (14)
- データパケットが一次局から二次局へダウンリンクデータチャネルで送信されることが予定されていることを示すインジケータ信号の送信用のダウンリンクインジケータチャネルを持ち、前記二次局は、前記インジケータ信号及び前記データパケットを受信するための受信手段、及び受信したデータパケットのステータスを示す信号を前記一次局へ送信するための応答手段を持つ通信システムであって、前記二次局は、複数の後続するサブフレームに分割されたアップリンクチャネルで、前記受信したデータパケットのステータスを示す肯定応答又は否定応答の送信前に前記インジケータ信号の受信を示すステータス信号を、当該二次局が前記受信したデータパケットのステータスを示す前記肯定応答又は否定応答を送信するサブフレームの前のサブフレームにおいて送信するための手段を有する通信システム。
- 前記ステータス信号は、否定応答に用いられるものと同じ信号であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- データパケットが一次局から二次局へダウンリンクデータチャネルで送信されることが予定されていることを示すインジケータ信号の送信用のダウンリンクインジケータチャネルを持つ通信システムで用いる一次局であって、複数の後続するサブフレームに分割されたアップリンクチャネルで、前記二次局により受信されたデータパケットのステータスを示す肯定応答又は否定応答の受信前に前記インジケータ信号の受信を示す前記二次局からのステータス信号を、前記肯定応答又は否定応答が通常受信されるサブフレームの前のサブフレームにおいて受信するための手段が設けられる一次局。
- 前記ステータス信号は、否定応答に用いられるものと同じ信号であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の一次局。
- データパケットが一次局から二次局へダウンリンクデータチャネルで送信されることが予定されていることを示すインジケータ信号の送信用のダウンリンクインジケータチャネルを持つ通信システムで用いる二次局であって、前記インジケータ信号及び前記データパケットを受信するための受信手段、受信したデータパケットのステータスを示す信号を前記一次局へ複数の後続するサブフレームに分割されたアップリンクチャネルで送信するための応答手段、及び前記受信したデータパケットのステータスを示す肯定応答又は否定応答の送信前に前記インジケータ信号の受信を示すステータス信号を、当該二次局が前記受信したデータパケットのステータスを示す前記肯定応答又は否定応答を送信するサブフレームの前のサブフレームにおいて送信するための手段が設けられる二次局。
- 前記ステータス信号は、否定応答に用いられるものと同じ信号であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次局。
- 前記ステータス信号は、肯定応答と同じ出力で送信されることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の二次局。
- 前記インジケータ信号の受信時にタイマをリセットし、前記タイマが満了するまでアップリンク送信の特性を変更するための手段が設けられることを特徴とする請求項5、6又は7に記載の二次局。
- データパケットの送信が検出されない場合データパケットが送信されたかもしれない度に否定応答を送信する手段が設けられ、この否定応答はタイマが満了するまでのみ送信されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二次局。
- 前記タイマは1サブフレームの継続時間を持つことを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の二次局。
- 受信したデータパケットの肯定応答又は否定応答を予め定められたN回送信し、その後前記タイマが満了するまで否定応答を送信するための手段が設けられることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の二次局。
- 前記タイマはNサブフレームの継続時間を持つことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の二次局。
- 前記応答の送信前に複数のステータス信号を送信するための手段が設けられることを特徴とする請求項5乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の二次局。
- データパケットが一次局から二次局へダウンリンクデータチャネルで送信されることが予定されていることを示すインジケータ信号の送信用のダウンリンクインジケータチャネルを持つ通信システムを動作させる方法であって、前記二次局が前記インジケータ信号及び前記データパケットを受信するステップ、前記二次局が受信したデータパケットのステータスを示す肯定応答又は否定応答を送信するステップ、前記二次局が、複数の後続するサブフレームに分割されたアップリンクチャネルで、前記インジケータ信号の受信を示すステータス信号を、当該二次局が前記受信したデータパケットのステータスを示す前記肯定応答又は否定応答を送信するサブフレームの前のサブフレームにおいて送信するステップを有する方法。
