Description
外部のPWM信号PWM(外部)は、マイクロコントローラ120を通過して、
マイクロコントローラ120によりプログラムされた修正機能により、内部のPWM信号PWM(内部)に変換する。内部PWM信号は、その後、スイッチ190により、FDC110に出力され、ファンモータの回転速度を決定する。本発明のマイクロコントローラ120により、信号変換は、図1cで示されるレジスタ等、公知の回路よりも、的確である。
本発明では好ましい実施例を前述の通り開示したが、これらは決して本発明に限定するものではなく、当該技術を熟知する者なら誰でも、本発明の精神と領域を脱しない範囲内で各種の変動や潤色を加えることができ、従って本発明の保護範囲は、特許請求の範囲で指定した内容を基準とする。

Claims (2)
- ファン制御システムであって、
第一、第二入力信号を受信し、前記第一及び第二入力信号に従って、出力信号を決定し、前記出力信号を出力するプログラム可能なマイクロコントローラと、
前記出力信号に従って、前記ファンを駆動する回転速度を調整するファン駆動回路とからなり、
前記回転速度は、前記第一入力信号に対する多段数学関数の関係であり、
前記回転速度と前記第一入力信号間の関数は、前記第二入力信号の変化により、比例的に変わることを特徴とするファン制御システム。 - 前記第一、第二入力信号は、それぞれ可変電圧信号、操作、環境温度、方形波信号の周波数、方形波信号の負荷サイクル、及び外部のパルス幅変調信号のうちのいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のファン制御システム。
