(A)-(B), (C)-(A)-(B), (A)-(E)-(B), (A)-(D)-(B), (D)-(A)-(B), (E)-(A)-(B), (A)-(C)-(D)-(B), (A)-(E)-(D)-(B), (A)-(C)-(D)-(B), (D)-(A)-(E)-(B), (D)-(C)-(A)-(B), (E)-(A)-(D)-(B), (C)-(D)-(A)-(B), (E)-(C)-(A)-(B), (C)-(A)-(E)-(B), (E)-(D)-(A)-(B), (D)-(E)-(A)-(B)。
Claims (17)
- グリッド用基体(1)と該グリッド用基体(1)の上にガルバーニ析出で得られ且つ多層の合着性コーティング(2)とを備えている鉛蓄電池用電極板格子であって、
該グリッド用基体は鉛又は鉛合金から製造されており、そして
該多層のコーティングは、少なくとも二つの層を備えており、かかる二つの層はその組成の点で異なっているもので、
そのうちの一つの層(A)は純鉛のガルバーニ析出により製造され、そして
一つの層(B)は該グリッド用基体から始まって該層(A)の上に配置されており、少なくとも0.5重量%のそして多くても2.0重量%の錫を含有している鉛をガルバーニ析出して製造されているものであり、該層(B)は、その層の数に関係なく、該グリッド用基体から考えて最外層として常に用いられるものであることを特徴とする電極板格子。 - 該多層のコーティングは、さらに、銅のガルバーニ析出により製造された一つの層(C)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極板格子。
- 該多層コーティングは、当該グリッド基体から始まって、特に好ましくは、次なる層の配列: (C)-(A)-(B) であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電極板格子。
- 該多層のコーティングは、さらに、多くても1.0重量%の錫を含有している鉛のガルバーニ析出により製造された層(D)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一に記載の電極板格子。
- 該多層コーティングは、当該グリッド基体から始まって、特に好ましくは、次なる層の配列:(A)-(D)-(B), (D)-(A)-(B), (A)-(C)-(D)-(B), (D)-(C)-(A)-(B), (C)-(D)-(A)-(B)のいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電極板格子。
- 該多層のコーティングは、さらに、少なくとも0.1重量%そして多くても1.0重量%の銀を含有し、そして任意に付加的に少なくとも0.1重量%そして多くても1.0重量%の錫を伴っている鉛をガルバーニ析出して製造された層(E)を持っていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一に記載の電極板格子。
- 該多層コーティングは、当該グリッド基体から始まって、特に好ましくは、次なる層の配列:(A)-(E)-(B), (E)-(A)-(B), (A)-(E)-(D)-(B), (D)-(A)-(E)-(B), (E)-(A)-(D)-(B), (E)-(C)-(A)-(B), (C)-(A)-(E)-(B), (E)-(D)-(A)-(B), (D)-(E)-(A)-(B) のいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電極板格子。
- 該層(B)が、少なくとも0.8重量%そして多くても1.5重量%の錫を含有する鉛をガルバーニ析出して製造されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一に記載の電極板格子。
- 該多層コーティングは、全体の厚さが100〜1000μmの範囲にあるものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一に記載の電極板格子。
- 該多層コーティングの各々の層は、その組成が互いに異なるもので、それぞれ30〜500μmの範囲の厚みのものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一に記載の電極板格子。
- 該多層コーティングの層は、多孔質のものではないことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一に記載の電極板格子。
- 該グリッド用基体が、純粋な鉛、鉛-錫合金、鉛-錫-銀合金、鉛-カルシウム-錫合金又は鉛-アンチモン合金から製造されているものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一に記載の電極板格子。
- 該グリッドの面に対して垂直なグリッド用基体が、0.3〜8 mmの厚さのあるものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一に記載の電極板格子。
- 該グリッド用基体が、鋳造又はロール成形された鉛材のストリップから打ち抜きされたグリッド構造を有している切れ目のないグリッドストリップの形状で製造されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一に記載の電極板格子。
- 該グリッド用基体が、ドラム鋳造法又は鋳造ロール法に従って切れ目のないグリッドストリップの形状で製造されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか一に記載の電極板格子。
- 該グリッド用基体が、鋳造又はロール成形された鉛材のストリップから打ち抜きした後エクスパンデッドメタル法に従い伸展して切れ目のないグリッドストリップの形状で製造されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれか一に記載の電極板格子。
- 該正極及び/又は陰極の電極が、請求項1〜16のいずれか一に記載の電極板格子からなることを特徴とする鉛蓄電池又は鉛バッテリー。
