Claims (23)
- 電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体が収容されるように上部に開口が形成される缶と、
前記缶の開口を密封して、短側辺の下部に突出部が形成されるキャッププレートを含むキャップ組立体と、及び
前記電極組立体と前記キャップ組立体との間に配置されて、変形されながら外部の衝撃を吸収する衝撃吸収部を具備する絶縁ケースと、
を含み、
前記絶縁ケースは、
短側辺と長側辺とを具備する板状で形成されて底部を形成する本体部と、及び
前記本体部の短側辺から上部方向に突き出される形態で形成される第1側壁部を含んで、
前記衝撃吸収部は、前記本体部の下部面から短側辺方向にテーパーが形成される第1テーパー部でなされることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記第1テーパー部は、テーパーの形成角度(θ)が前記本体部の下部面を基準に上部方向に13°〜48゜で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記絶縁ケースは、
前記本体部の長側辺に上部方向に突き出される形態で形成される第2側壁部が形成されて、
前記衝撃吸収部は前記本体部の下部面で前記長側辺方向にテーパーが形成される第2テーパー部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記第2テーパー部は、テーパーの形成角度(θ)が前記本体部の下部面を基準に上部方向に13°〜48゜で形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記絶縁ケースは、前記突出部と接触されるように装着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記第1テーパー部は、前記突出部と対応される下部に形成されて、前記突出部の下部面全体と重畳されるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記絶縁ケースは、
短側辺と長側辺とを具備する板状で形成されて底部を形成する本体部と、及び
前記本体部の短側辺から上部方向に突き出される形態で形成される第1側壁部を含んで、
前記衝撃吸収部は前記本体部が前記長側辺と平行な方向に沿って上部に突き出されて形成される凸部でなされることができることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記凸部は、前記本体部一側の前記短側辺から他側の前記短側辺までつながる一つのラウンド形態でなされることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記第1側壁部は、前記本体部の上面に垂直な方向を基準に前記絶縁ケースの内側に傾くように形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記絶縁ケースは、前記本体部の下面と前記第1側壁部の外面がなす角が曲面で形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記絶縁ケースは、
短側辺と長側辺とを具備する板状で形成されて底部を形成する本体部と、及び前記本体部の短側辺から上部方向に突き出される形態で形成される第1側壁部を含んで、
前記衝撃吸収部は、前記本体部が前記長側辺と平行な方向に沿って下部に突き出されて形成される凹部でなされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記第1側壁部は、前記本体部の上面に垂直な方向を基準に前記絶縁ケースの内側に傾くように形成されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記絶縁ケースは、前記本体部の下面と前記第1側壁部の外面がなす角が曲面で形成されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記絶縁ケースは、
短側辺と長側辺とを具備する板状で形成されて底部を形成する本体部と、
前記本体部の短側辺から上部方向に突き出される形態で形成される第1側壁部と、及び
前記本体部の長側辺から上部方向に突き出される形態で形成される第2側壁部と、を含んで、
前記衝撃吸収部は、前記本体部が前記短側辺と平行な方向に沿って上部に突き出されて形成される第2凸部でなされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記絶縁ケースは、前記本体部の下面と前記第2側壁部の外面がなす角が曲面で形成されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記絶縁ケースは、
短側辺と長側辺とを具備する板状で形成されて底部を形成する本体部と、
前記本体部の短側辺から上部方向に突き出される形態で形成される第1側壁部と、及び
前記本体部の長側辺から上部方向に突き出される形態で形成される第2側壁部を含んで、
前記衝撃吸収部は、前記本体部が前記短側辺と平行な方向に沿って下部に突き出されて形成される第2凹部でなされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記絶縁ケースは、前記本体部の下面と前記第2側壁部の外面がなす角が曲面で形成されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記絶縁ケースは、
短側辺と長側辺とを具備する板状で形成されて底部を形成する本体部と、及び
前記本体部の短側辺から上部方向に突き出される形態で形成される第1側壁部を含んで、前記衝撃吸収部は前記本体部に凸部と凹部が相互に形成されてなされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記絶縁ケースは、前記本体部の下面と前記第1側壁部の外面がなす角が曲面で形成されることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記凸部及び前記凹部の曲率半径Rの和は、前記本体部長側辺の長さLの1/2であることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記凸部及び前記凹部の曲率半径Rは、相互同一であることを特徴とする請求項20に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記絶縁ケースは、
短側辺と長側辺とを具備する板状で形成されて底部を形成して、中央から前記短側辺に行くほど厚さが減少される形態でなされる本体部と、及び
前記本体部の短側辺から上部方向に突き出される形態で形成される第1側壁部と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記絶縁ケースは、前記本体部の下面と前記第1側壁部の外面がなす角が曲面で形成されることを特徴とする請求項22に記載のリチウム二次電池。
