Claims (4)
- 外部振動に起因する環境振動による建物の床上の鉛直方向の振動の応答値を予測する建物の鉛直振動予測方法であって、
計画する建物と同一の躯体システムを有する建物における床を支持する床梁の鉛直方向のたわみ量と、環境振動量に対する床上の鉛直方向の振動の増幅量との関係を予め求めておき、
計画する建物の床梁の鉛直方向のたわみ量を前記関係にあてはめることで環境振動量に対する床上の鉛直方向の振動の増幅量を求め、該増幅量に建物の基礎上または建物の近傍地盤上で測定された鉛直方向の環境振動量を加算することで床上の鉛直方向の振動の応答値を予測することを特徴とする建物の鉛直振動予測方法。 - 前記床梁の鉛直方向のたわみ量は、建物の架構情報と、前記床梁の構造性能情報と、床を構成する部材の重量情報と、その床にかかる積載荷重による重量情報とにより算出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建物の鉛直振動予測方法。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載の建物の鉛直振動予測方法により予測された床上の鉛直方向の振動の応答値の大きさが、予め設定した鉛直方向の振動量基準値を超える場合には、架構性能に関わる床梁の本数、該床梁の配置、該床梁を支える柱位置、該床梁の断面性能のうちの少なくとも1つを変更して、前記振動量が前記予め設定した鉛直方向の振動量基準値内に納まるように設計変更することを特徴とする床構造の設計方法。
- 建設地における外部振動に起因する環境振動量と建物の床梁の鉛直方向のたわみ量により計画する建物の床上の鉛直方向の振動の応答値を予測する評価シートであって、
建物の基礎上または建物の近傍地盤上で測定された鉛直方向の環境振動量と、床を支持する床梁の鉛直方向のたわみ量と、該たわみ量に対応する環境振動量に対する前記床上の鉛直方向の振動の増幅量の予測値との関係を一覧表にしたことを特徴とする建物の鉛直振動評価シート。
