Description
本発明の他の目的は、高速でありかつ正確である良好なダイナミック応答性を有する、温度感知と圧力感知が組み合わされた装置を提供する。
Claims (7)
- 流体の圧力と温度を測定するセンサ装置であって、前記センサ装置は、温度感知電気素子と圧力感知電気素子を有し、前記温度感知電気素子と前記圧力感知電気素子はともにメンブレイン構造の一方の側に結合され、
金属性の前記メンブレイン構造は、当該メンブレイン構造の他方の側にある流体の温度を前記温度感知電気素子に伝え、流体の圧力を前記圧力感知電気素子に伝えるように配され、
前記メンブレイン構造は、細長く延長されたボディを有し、当該細長く延長されたボディの閉じられた端部には前記温度感知電気素子が配され、開放された端部に近接して前記圧力感知電気素子が配され、
前記温度感知電気素子は、熱伝導性のコンパウンドによって前記メンブレイン構造に結合され、
前記メンブレイン構造は、圧力感知構造を含み、前記圧力感知電気素子は、前記圧力感知構造上に搭載され、前記圧力感知構造は、円形でありかつ中央に穴を有し、前記細長く延長されたボディの開放された端部は、前記穴をシールするために前記圧力感知構造に密封して接続される、センサ装置。 - センサ装置は、少なくとも2つの圧力感知電気素子を有し、少なくとも2つの圧力感知電気素子は、前記圧力感知構造の穴の周囲に対称に配置される、請求項1に記載のセンサ装置。
- センサ装置はさらに、前記メンブレイン構造の前記細長く延長されたボディを少なくとも部分的に縦方向に取り囲むボディ部分を含む、請求項1または2に記載のセンサ装置。
- センサ装置はさらに、シール部を含み、当該シール部は、前記ボディ部分と前記細長く延長されたボディの間に存在される、請求項3に記載のセンサ装置。
- 前記メンブレイン構造と前記細長く延長されたボディとは、同軸上の構造を有する、請求項1ないし4いずれか1つに記載のセンサ装置。
- 流体はガスである、請求項1ないし5いずれか1つに記載のセンサ装置。
- 流体は、CO2の流れである、請求項1ないし5いずれか1つに記載のセンサ装置。
