Description
Claims (11)
- 電流導体が接続される電気素子を収容するランプ容器を有する電気ランプであり、前記電流導体が、前記ランプ容器から外部へ出る電気ランプであり、前記ランプ容器が、局所的に光吸収コーティングで覆われ、前記光吸収コーティングが、少なくとも一部は酸化物の形態の鉄を含む鉄化合物と、二酸化ケイ素とを有する電気ランプであって、前記コーティングが、二酸化ケイ素と共にケイ素化合物を形成するケイ素を更に有し、前記鉄化合物と前記ケイ素化合物との重量パーセント比が、0.17≦鉄化合物/ケイ素化合物≦12の範囲内であり、ケイ素と二酸化ケイ素との重量パーセント比が、0.5≦ケイ素/二酸化ケイ素≦50の範囲内であることを特徴とする電気ランプ。
- 前記鉄化合物とケイ素化合物との重量パーセント比が、0.65≦鉄化合物/ケイ素化合物≦3の範囲内であり、前記ケイ素と二酸化ケイ素との重量パーセント比が、2.5≦ケイ素/二酸化ケイ素≦12.5の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気ランプ。
- 前記コーティングが、0.007乃至0.015mmの範囲内の厚さを持つことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電気ランプ。
- 請求項1に記載の電気ランプ用の懸濁液であって、前記懸濁液が、
10乃至70重量%の鉄と、
5乃至50重量%のケイ素と、
5乃至30重量%の少なくとも一つのアルコールと、
5乃至50重量%の、ケイ酸エチル及び非晶質シリカから作成されるハイブリッド接着剤とを、これらの材料の合計100重量%まで有することを特徴とする懸濁液。 - 前記懸濁液が、
35乃至45重量%の鉄と、
15乃至25重量%のケイ素と、
15乃至25重量%の少なくとも一つのアルコールと、
10乃至30重量%の、ケイ酸エチル及び非晶質シリカから作成されるハイブリッド接着剤とを、これらの材料の合計100重量%まで有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の懸濁液。 - 前記少なくとも一つのアルコールが、エタノール及び/又は2‐プロパノールを有することを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の懸濁液。
- 前記少なくとも一つのアルコールの1乃至3重量%が、1乃至3重量%のグリセリンによって置換されることを特徴とする請求項4、5又は6に記載の懸濁液。
- 請求項1に記載の電気ランプを製造する方法であって、
- 請求項4に記載の前記懸濁液を用いて前記ランプ容器上にウェットコーティングを塗布するステップと、
- 前記ウェットコーティングを、ドライコーティングになるように乾燥させるステップと、
- 前記ドライコーティングを、前記光吸収コーティングになるように前記ランプ容器上に焼きつけるステップとを有する電気ランプを製造する方法。 - 前記ドライコーティングを焼きつける動作が、600℃乃至1000℃の範囲内の温度で2乃至8秒間の前記ドライコーティングの加熱を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電気ランプを製造する方法。
- 前記ドライコーティングを焼きつける動作が、還元性雰囲気を供給する炎によって行われることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の方法。
- 請求項8乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得られる電気ランプ。
