Claims (10)
- 有機化合物を含む固体試料を、無機塩を混合した水に浸漬させる第1工程と、
浸漬された浸漬溶液をアモルファス状態に急速凍結させる第2工程と、
凍結後の前記浸漬溶液にテラヘルツ波を照射し、前記固体試料の溶解状態を分光イメージングする第3工程と、
を有することを特徴とする溶解性分光測定方法。 - 前記第2工程は、
水のガラス転移温度に到達するまで前記浸漬溶液を冷却して凍結させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶解性分光測定方法。 - 前記第2工程は、
遅くともマイナス0.6℃/秒の速度で前記浸漬溶液を凍結させることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の溶解性分光測定方法。 - 前記第3工程は、
少なくとも3フレーム/秒の速度で分光イメージングすることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の溶解性分光測定方法。 - 前記第3工程は、
大きくとも1mmの空間分解能で分光イメージングすることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の溶解性分光測定方法。 - 前記固体試料には、
無機塩が含まれることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の溶解性分光測定方法。 - 前記無機塩は、
水への溶解により、亜鉛、カリウム、カルシウム、クロム、セレン、鉄、銅、ナトリウム、マグネシウム、マンガン、リン、バナジウム、ストロンチウム、アンモニウムのうちいずれかの陽イオンを生じ、フッ素、塩素、臭素、ヨウ素、水酸、硫酸、亜硫酸、亜硝酸、炭酸、硝酸、リン酸、ホウ酸のいずれかの陰イオンを生じさせるものであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の溶解性分光測定方法。 - 有機化合物を含む固体試料を、無機塩を混合した水に浸漬させる浸漬手段と、
浸漬された浸漬溶液をアモルファス状態に急速凍結させる冷却手段と、
凍結後の前記浸漬溶液にテラヘルツ波を照射し、前記固体試料の溶解状態を分光イメージングする測定手段と、
を有することを特徴とする溶解性分光測定装置。 - 前記冷却手段は、
水のガラス転移温度に到達するまで前記浸漬溶液を冷却して凍結させることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の溶解性分光測定装置。 - 前記冷却手段は、
遅くともマイナス0.6℃/秒の速度で前記浸漬溶液を凍結させることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の溶解性分光測定装置。
