Description
Claims (17)
- 試薬カップ機器であって、
前記試薬カップ機器の外側境界を規定する枠部壁と内部とを有する枠部を備え、
前記枠部は、複数の試薬カップ区画室を前記内部に保持し、該複数の試薬カップ区画室の各々は他の試薬カップ区画室から個々に隔絶されており、
各試薬カップ区画室は、第一端部と、第二端部とを有し、各試薬カップ区画室は、開放端と、少なくとも一部が化学試薬で塗布された内側面とを有する試薬カップを保持し、
前記枠部壁と前記試薬カップ区画室とは隔絶されており、
第一破断シールは、前記試薬カップ区画室の各々の前記第一端部と前記枠部の第一端部とを覆い、第二破断シールは、前記試薬カップ区画室の各々の前記第二端部と前記枠部の第二端部とを覆うことを特徴とする試薬カップ機器。 - 前記枠部の前記破断シールは、前記試薬カップ区画室の前記第一及び/又は前記第二破断シールと一体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の試薬カップ機器。
- 前記枠部は、重合体材料で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2の試薬カップ機器。
- 前記枠部は、環状オレフィン共重合体(COC)で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の試薬カップ機器。
- 前記枠部の少なくとも外側部分は、金属材料の被膜が施されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の試薬カップ機器。
- 前記試薬カップ区画室は、二次元的なパターンで配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の試薬カップ機器。
- 前記第一破断シール及び/又は前記第二破断シールは、1つ以上の弱化領域を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の試薬カップ機器。
- 前記弱化領域は、レーザーカッティング技法により設けられたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の試薬カップ機器。
- 少なくとも1つの乾燥要素を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の試薬カップ機器。
- 前記第一破断シール及び/又は前記第二破断シールは、金属又は合金であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の試薬カップ機器。
- 前記第一破断シール及び/又は前記第二破断シールは、アルミニウム又はアルミニウムの合金であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の試薬カップ機器。
- 前記試薬カップ区画室は、重合体材料で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載の試薬カップ機器。
- 前記試薬カップ区画室は、環状オレフィン共重合体(COC)で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の試薬カップ機器。
- 前記試薬カップは、重合体材料で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至13のいずれかに記載の試薬カップ機器。
- 前記試薬カップは、ポリスチレン(PS)で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の試薬カップ機器。
- 請求項1乃至15のいずれかによる試薬カップ機器を操作する方法であって、
破断シールを切断するよう調整された切断部と、対応する試薬カップ区画室から試薬カップを打ち抜くよう調整された打抜き部とを備えた打抜きヘッドを用意し、
前記打抜きヘッドの前記切断部を使用して、試薬カップ区画室の第一破断シールを切断し、
前記打抜きヘッドの前記打抜き部を使用して、前記試薬カップ区画室に置かれた試薬カップを、前記試薬カップ区画室の前記第二破断シールを通して打ち抜くことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記打抜きヘッドは、前記切断ステップの間、及び前記打抜きステップの間、実質的に垂直方向に沿って動かされることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
