Claims (11)
- 少なくとも1個のソノトロード(1)を有する超音波システム(2)を具備し、このソノトロードが反応容器(5)に挿入され、液体が少なくとも1つの入口(4)と少なくとも1つの出口を経て反応容器を通過する、作動周波数が15〜100kHz、音響出力が50〜20,000Wの超音波によってキャビテーションを発生させて液体を超音波処理するための装置において、
入口(4)は、ポンプ圧力によって振動伝達ソノトロード面(3)の近距離範囲内の圧力をキャビテーションを大幅に減少するかまたは発生しない圧力(p)へと高めるように、液体が振動伝達ソノトロード面(3)に直接当たるように導入されるものとして配置されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 入口(4)が環状ノズルによって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 入口(4)が前記反応容器(5)内の中央の長さ方向に沿ってソノトロード面(3)に向けて延びるように配置された中央ノズル(7)によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記中央ノズル(7)がソノトロード面(3)に対して直角に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の装置。
- 入口(4)が前記反応容器(5)の長さ方向の側方からソノトロード面の方へ向けられたノズルによって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1個のソノトロード(1)を有する超音波システム(2)を具備し、このソノトロードが円筒状反応容器(5)に挿入され、液体が少なくとも1つの入口(4)と少なくとも1つの出口を経て円筒状反応容器(5)を通過する、作動周波数が15〜100kHz、音響出力が50〜20,000Wの超音波によってキャビテーションを発生させて液体を超音波処理するための装置において、
円筒状反応容器(5)の横断面が少なくとも1つのベンチュリ効果をもたらす絞り部(8)によって縮小し、それによって振動伝達ソノトロード面(3)に近距離範囲が生じ、
絞り部(8)によって、キャビテーションが大幅に減少するかまたは発生しない圧力(p)が、振動伝達ソノトロード面(3)の近距離範囲内に生じることを特徴とする装置。 - 液体の流れ方向に沿って複数の絞り部(8)が前後に並べて配置されていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。
- 絞り部(8)がストレーナによって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。
- 絞り部(8)が穴あき板によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。
- 絞り部(8)同士の間隔が調節可能であることを特徴とする請求項7記載の装置。
- 液体が円筒状反応容器(5)の入口からソノトロード(1)の方に向けて流れ、振動伝達ソノトロード面(3)の近距離範囲内に供給されることを特徴とする請求項6〜10の何れかに記載の装置。
