Description
初めに、操業中はPS転炉1の装入・排出口3を排ガスフード5内に位置させると共に前面フード6を下げた状態で排ガスの回収を行っている(ステップS0)。尚、通常操業の場合は第一の漏出ガス回収装置10の第一から第三のダンパ12、13、14を閉じてその動作を停止させている。

Claims (3)
- PS転炉を傾倒させた際に装入・排出口から漏出する漏出ガスを回収するPS転炉の漏出ガス回収装置において、
前記PS転炉の上部側に配置された排ガスフードの一方側の側面であって、当該PS転炉の装入・排出口の近傍に開口部を設けると共に、水冷ジャケット構造を有する開閉板によって前記開口部を開閉するダンパを備えた第一の吸引部を配置し、前記第一の吸引部によって前記PS転炉を傾倒させて炉内にマットや冷材等を装入する際に装入・排出口から漏出する前記漏出ガスを前記排ガスフード内に引き込んで排気するように構成したことを特徴とするPS転炉の漏出ガス回収装置。 - PS転炉を傾倒させた際に装入・排出口から漏出する漏出ガスを回収するPS転炉の漏出ガス回収装置において、
前記PS転炉の上部側に配置された排ガスフードの一方側の側面であって、当該PS転炉の装入・排出口の近傍に設けた開口部を開閉する水冷ジャケット構造を有するダンパを備えた第一の吸引部と、
前記排ガスフードの側面近傍に前記装入・排出口から漏出する漏出ガスを回収する第二の吸引部と、
を設け、
炉内にマットや冷材等を装入する際には、前記第二の吸引部からの吸引を停止して前記第一の吸引部によって漏出ガスを回収し、前記PS転炉からカラミや粗銅を取り出す際には前記第一の吸引部の吸引を停止して第二の吸引部によって漏出ガスを回収するように構成したことを特徴とするPS転炉の漏出ガス回収装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のPS転炉の漏出ガス回収装置において、
前記第一の吸引部又は前記第二の吸引部から吸引された前記漏出ガスを排気するための煙道内にさらに煙道を密閉可能に開閉するダンパを設けたことを特徴とするPS転炉の漏出ガス回収装置。
