Claims (7)
- 生体の電気信号を検出する少なくとも一対の心電電極と、該少なくとも一対の心電電極上に設けられると共に、前記少なくとも一対の心電電極と当接する面と対向する面が前記生体と接触する接触面となった絶縁膜と、前記生体に光を照射する発光器と、該発光器から照射された光を前記生体が反射した光を受光する受光器と、前記絶縁膜の接触面に接触した前記生体と前記少なくとも一対の心電電極のそれぞれとの間の容量性結合によって検出された前記生体の電気信号を差動増幅することによって心電信号を生成する心電信号検出部、および前記発光器が照射した光および前記受光器が受光した光に基づいて光電脈波信号を生成する光電脈波信号検出部を有する処理回路とを備え、
前記少なくとも一対の心電電極の少なくとも1個は前記発光器が照射する光の波長範囲に対して光透過性を有する導電材料により形成された光透過性心電電極であり、該光透過性心電電極上に設けられた絶縁膜は前記発光器が照射する光の波長範囲に対して光透過性を有する絶縁材料により形成された光透過性絶縁膜であり、前記光透過性心電電極および前記光透過性絶縁膜を介して前記発光器から前記生体に光を照射すると共に、前記生体で反射した光を前記受光器で受光することを特徴とする生体センサ装置。 - 前記発光器は、互いに波長範囲が異なる光をそれぞれ照射する少なくとも2個の発光素子を備えた請求項1に記載の生体センサ装置。
- 前記発光器と、前記受光器と、前記処理回路を構成する部品のうちの少なくとも一部の部品とは基板上にそれぞれ実装され、前記少なくとも一部の部品は前記発光器および前記受光器のそれぞれの周囲に配置され、前記発光器および前記受光器のそれぞれの周囲には、前記少なくとも一部の部品を前記基板上に実装する際に形成されるはんだフィレットにより光を反射する周壁リフレクタが形成された請求項1に記載の生体センサ装置。

該第1の筐体内に収容した前記心電電極と対向させて、生体の第1の部位に接触する絶縁膜を該第1の筐体の表面に露出して設け、
前記第1の筐体内に収容した前記心電電極以外の他の心電電極を、第2の筐体内に収容すると共に、前記第1の筐体から引き出されたケーブルを介して前記処理回路と電気的に接続し、
該他の心電電極と対向させて、生体の第2の部位に接触する他の絶縁膜を前記第2の筐体の表面に露出して設けた請求項1に記載の生体センサ装置。 - 前記処理回路とケーブルを介して電気的に接続した前記他の心電電極に加えて、前記生体の第2の部位に光を照射する発光器と、該発光器から照射された光を前記生体が反射した光を受光する受光器とを前記第2の筐体内に収容し、
前記他の心電電極は前記発光器が照射する光の波長範囲に対して光透過性を有する導電材料により形成された光透過性心電電極であり、該光透過性心電電極上に設けられた前記他の絶縁膜は前記発光器が照射する光の波長範囲に対して光透過性を有する絶縁材料により形成された光透過性絶縁膜であり、前記光透過性心電電極および前記光透過性絶縁膜を介して前記発光器から前記生体の第2の部位に光を照射すると共に、前記生体の第2の部位で反射した光を前記受光器で受光する構成としてなる請求項5に記載の生体センサ装置。 - 生体の電気信号を検出する少なくとも一対の心電電極と、該少なくとも一対の心電電極上に設けられると共に、前記少なくとも一対の心電電極と当接する面と対向する面が前記生体と接触する接触面となった絶縁膜と、前記生体に光を照射する発光器と、該発光器から照射された光を前記生体が反射した光を受光する受光器と、前記絶縁膜の接触面に接触した前記生体と前記少なくとも一対の心電電極のそれぞれとの間の容量性結合によって検出された前記生体の電気信号を差動増幅することによって心電信号を生成する心電信号検出部、および前記発光器が照射した光および前記受光器が受光した光に基づいて光電脈波信号を生成する光電脈波信号検出部を有する処理回路とを備え、
前記発光器は、互いに波長範囲が異なる光をそれぞれ照射する少なくとも2個の発光素子を備え、
前記少なくとも一対の心電電極の少なくとも1個は、前記発光器の各発光素子が照射する光の波長範囲に対して光透過性を有する導電材料により形成された光透過性心電電極であり、
該光透過性心電電極上に設けられた絶縁膜は、前記発光器の各発光素子が照射する光の波長範囲に対して光透過性を有する絶縁材料により形成された光透過性絶縁膜であり、
前記光透過性心電電極および前記光透過性絶縁膜を介して前記発光器の各発光素子から前記生体に光を照射すると共に、前記生体で反射した光を前記受光器で受光し、
前記発光器の各発光素子と、前記受光器と、前記処理回路を構成する部品のうちの少なくとも一部の部品とは基板上にそれぞれ実装され、前記少なくとも一部の部品は前記発光器の各発光素子および前記受光器のそれぞれの周囲に配置され、
前記発光器の各発光素子および前記受光器のそれぞれの周囲には、前記少なくとも一部の部品を前記基板上に実装する際に形成されるはんだフィレットにより光を反射する周壁リフレクタが形成され、
前記少なくとも一対の各心電電極を前記生体と前記少なくとも一対の各心電電極のそれぞれとの間の容量性結合によって検出された前記生体の電気信号を差動増幅する前記心電信号検出部の入力端子に接続し、
該心電信号検出部の入力端子には少なくとも1つの高インピーダンス素子を有するクランプ回路を少なくとも1つ接続し、
前記クランプ回路の接続端の電位を一定に固定すると共に、前記クランプ回路の接続端から前記心電信号検出部をみたときのインピーダンスが前記クランプ回路のインピーダンスよりも大きい構成としたことを特徴とする生体センサ装置。
