Abstract
【解決手段】応答膜S11によって外部から仕切られた空間内に内部液S13と当該内部液S13に接触する内部極とを備え、測定対象イオンの測定可能な濃度範囲が比較電極の内部液中のハロゲン化物イオン濃度よりも低いイオン電極S1であって、前記内部液S13は、測定対象イオンとハロゲン化物イオンとを含有しており、前記内部液S13中の測定対象イオンの濃度とハロゲン化物イオンの濃度とを変動させることにより、内部液S13の浸透圧と等温交点とが所望の値になるように調整されており、前記等温交点は、前記測定可能な濃度範囲内に含まれているようにした。

比較電極として、内部極がAg/AgCl電極であり、内部液が3.33Mの塩化カリウム溶液であるものを使用した。一方、アンモニウムイオン電極の内部液は、等温交点が0.0000714M(1ppm・N)で、浸透圧が塩濃度0.03Mの水溶液と同一になるように調製した。

Claims (4)
- 液絡部を介して外部と連通する空間内にハロゲン化物イオンを含有する内部液と当該内部液に接触する内部極とを備えた比較電極と、
応答膜によって外部から仕切られた空間内に内部液と当該内部液に接触する内部極とを備え、測定対象イオンの測定可能な濃度範囲が前記比較電極の内部液中のハロゲン化物イオン濃度よりも低いイオン電極と、を具備し、
前記イオン電極の内部液は、測定対象イオンとハロゲン化物イオンとを含有しており、
前記イオン電極の内部液は、前記イオン電極の内部液の浸透圧と等温交点とが所望の値になり、かつ、当該等温交点が前記測定可能な濃度範囲内に含まれているように、前記イオン電極の内部液中の測定対象イオンの濃度とハロゲン化物イオンの濃度が調整されたものであり、当該ハロゲン化物イオンの濃度が、前記比較電極の内部液中のハロゲン化物イオンの濃度とは異なっていることを特徴とする液体分析計。 - 前記イオン電極の応答膜は、半透膜の性質を有する請求項1記載の液体分析計。
- 前記イオン電極の内部極は、Ag/AgCl電極である請求項1又は2記載の液体分析計。
- 応答膜によって外部から仕切られた空間内に内部液と当該内部液に接触する内部極とを備え、測定対象イオンの測定可能な濃度範囲が比較電極の内部液中のハロゲン化物イオン濃度よりも低いイオン電極の内部液の調製方法であって、
前記イオン電極の内部液は、測定対象イオンとハロゲン化物イオンとを含有しており、
前記イオン電極の内部液中のハロゲン化物イオンの濃度が、前記比較電極の内部液中のハロゲン化物イオンの濃度とは異なるように規定した、前記イオン電極の内部液中の測定対象イオンの濃度とハロゲン化物イオンの濃度とに基づいて、前記イオン電極の内部液の浸透圧と等温交点とが所望の値になり、かつ、当該等温交点が前記測定可能な濃度範囲内に含まれるように前記イオン電極の内部液を調製することを特徴とするイオン電極の内部液の調製方法。
