Description
Claims (10)
- 圧縮気体流体流量スロットリングコンポーネントを加熱するデバイスであって:
熱貯蔵部を構成する大塊状部分および前記大塊状部分から伸びて前記コンポーネントと係合可能である表面を有する熱伝導体;
前記熱伝導体の前記大塊状部分に取り付けられ前記熱貯蔵部に熱を供給する加熱エレメント;
前記デバイスの温度を制御するために前記熱伝導体に取り付けられた温度センサー;および
前記熱伝導体の前記大塊状部分の内部に位置する空洞を備え、
前記熱伝導体が金属ブロックを含み、前記熱伝導体がそのまわりに断熱シュラウドを有し、前記表面が前記コンポーネントと係合したときに前記熱を前記コンポーネントに伝達し、前記加熱エレメントが電気抵抗ヒーターを含み、前記温度センサーが熱電対を含み、前記空洞が前記電気抵抗ヒーターを封止係合的に収容し、それにより前記電気抵抗ヒーターを周囲から隔離するデバイス。 - 圧縮気体流体流量スロットリングコンポーネントを加熱するデバイスであって、複数の熱伝導体と複数の加熱エレメントと温度センサーと前記熱伝導体の各々の内部に位置する空洞とを備え:
各前記熱伝導体は熱貯蔵部を構成する大塊状部分を有し、各前記熱伝導体は前記大塊状部分から伸びる表面を有し、各前記熱伝導体がそのまわりに断熱シュラウドを有し、各前記表面は前記コンポーネントと係合可能であり、前記熱伝導体が前記表面を前記コンポーネントと係合させたり離したりするように互いに可動に結合されており、前記熱伝導体が金属ブロックを含み、前記熱伝導体が複数のねじ固定具(threaded fasteners)によって互いに結合され、前記固定具を回すことで前記熱伝導体が互いに近づくまたは離れるようにして前記表面を前記コンポーネントと係合するように動かし;
前記加熱エレメントの少なくとも一つが前記熱伝導体の前記大塊状部分の各々の内部に位置し、前記加熱エレメントが前記熱貯蔵部に熱を供給し、前記表面が前記コンポーネントと係合したときに該コンポーネントに前記熱を伝達し、前記加熱エレメントが電気抵抗ヒーターを含み;
前記温度センサーは前記デバイスの温度を制御するために前記熱伝導体の少なくとも一つに取り付けられ;および
前記空洞の各々が少なくとも一つの前記電気抵抗ヒーターを封止係合的に収容し、それによって前記電気抵抗ヒーターを周囲から隔離するデバイス。 - 前記温度センサーが熱電対を含む、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 圧縮気体流体流量スロットリングコンポーネントを加熱するデバイスであって、第一および第二のジョーと加熱エレメントと空洞とを備え:
前記ジョーは対向して配置されたそれぞれ第一および第二の対面する表面を有し、前記ジョーは前記表面を互いに近づいたり離れたりするように調節して動かすことができ、前記第一のジョーが、熱貯蔵部として働く金属ブロックを含み、前記第二のジョーが、第二の熱貯蔵部として働く第二の金属ブロックを含み、各ジョーがそのまわりに断熱シュラウドを有し、;
前記加熱エレメントは少なくとも前記第一の表面を加熱するために前記第一のジョーの内部に封止的に配置され、前記表面は前記コンポーネントに接触して熱伝達を実現するように動かすことができ、ここで前記加熱エレメントが前記デバイスの温度を制御するための温度センサーを含み、前記加熱エレメントが電気抵抗ヒーターを含み;および
前記空洞は前記金属ブロック内部に位置し、前記空洞が前記電気抵抗ヒーターを封止係合的に収容し、それによって前記電気抵抗ヒーターを周囲から隔離するデバイス。 - 調節的に締めることができて前記第一および第二のジョーを互いに結合する固定具を備え、前記固定具の調節によって前記第一および第二のジョーが互いに近づいたり離れたりするように調節して動かすことができる、請求項4に記載のデバイス。
- 前記固定具が、前記第一および第二のジョーの間で伸びるねじ固定具を含む、請求項5に記載のデバイス。
- さらに、前記第二の表面を加熱するために前記第二のジョーの内部に封止的に配置された第二の加熱エレメントを備える、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- さらに、前記第二のブロック内部に位置する第二の空洞を備え、前記第二の空洞が前記第二の電気抵抗ヒーターを封止係合的に収容し、それによって前記第二の電気抵抗ヒーターを周囲から隔離する、請求項7に記載のデバイス。
- さらに、ヒンジを備え、前記ヒンジは前記第一および第二のジョーの間の位置でそれらに取り付けられて前記ジョーを互いに回動できるように結合する、請求項4に記載のデバイス。
- さらに、一対のハンドルを備え、各前記ハンドルは前記ジョーの一つに取り付けられ、前記ハンドルが前記ジョーを互いに近づけたり遠ざけたりする回動運動を容易にする、請求項9に記載のデバイス。
