Description
固体触媒粒子が懸濁液に懸濁(または分散)しているスラリー床に、気体反応物を低いレベル(または位置)で供給すること;
気体反応物がスラリー床を上向きに通過する時、気体反応物を触媒作用で反応させ、それによって、液体炭化水素生成物および気体炭化水素生成物を生成することであって、その反応は触媒粒子によって触媒され、かつ液体生成物および触媒粒子を含んで成る生成物混合物が生成すること;

気体生成物を冷却し、少なくとも炭化水素凝縮物および排ガスを含んで成るマルチ相生成物を生成すること;
マルチ相生成物を分離して、少なくとも炭化水素凝縮物ストリームおよび排ガスストリームを生成すること;
炭化水素凝縮物ストリームの少なくとも一部を処理して、そこから含酸素成分を除去し、逆洗凝縮物を生成すること;
ろ過段階のろ材を通る液体生成物の通過を時々ある期間中断させること;ならびに
液体生成物の通過を中断させている期間の少なくとも一部の間、逆洗凝縮物を第1方向と反対の第2方向でろ材に通すことによって、ろ過段階のろ材を逆洗すること
を含む。
Claims (9)
- 気体反応物から液体生成物および気体生成物を生成する炭化水素合成方法であって、
固体触媒粒子が懸濁液に懸濁しているスラリー床に、気体反応物を低いレベルにて供給すること;
気体反応物がスラリー床を上向きに通過する時、気体反応物を触媒作用で反応させ、それによって、液体炭化水素生成物および気体炭化水素生成物を生成することであって、その反応は触媒粒子によって触媒され、かつ液体生成物および触媒粒子を含んで成る生成物混合物が生成すること;
ろ過段階にて、液体生成物を第1方向でろ材に通すことによって、生成物混合物をろ過に付し、液体生成物から触媒粒子を分離すること;
スラリー床の上方から気体生成物を取り出すこと;
気体生成物を冷却し、少なくとも炭化水素凝縮物および排ガスを含んで成るマルチ相生成物を生成すること;
マルチ相生成物を分離して、少なくとも炭化水素凝縮物ストリームおよび排ガスストリームを生成すること;
炭化水素凝縮物ストリームの少なくとも一部を処理し、そこから含酸素成分を除去し、逆洗凝縮物を生成すること;
ろ過段階のろ材を通る液体生成物の通過を時々ある期間中断すること;ならびに
液体生成物の通過を中断させている期間の少なくとも一部の間、逆洗凝縮物を第1方向と反対の第2方向でろ材に通すことによって、ろ過段階のろ材を逆洗すること
を含む方法。 - 炭化水素合成はフィッシャー・トロプシュ炭化水素合成であり、気体反応物は主に一酸化炭素および水素を含んで成る合成ガスストリームの形態であり、触媒粒子はフィッシャー・トロプシュ触媒粒子であり、マルチ相生成物は少なくとも該炭化水素凝縮物および該排ガスおよび反応水を含んで成り、そのマルチ相生成物を分離して、該炭化水素凝縮物ストリームおよび該排ガスストリームおよび反応水ストリームを生成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 含酸素成分を除去するために炭化水素凝縮物ストリームの少なくとも一部を処理することは、水素化触媒を用いて凝縮物ストリームの該一部を水素化することを含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 水素化触媒は、水素化触媒活性を維持するためにジメチルジスルフェートの導入を必要としない、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 含酸素成分を除去するために炭化水素凝縮物ストリームの少なくとも一部を処理することは、凝縮物ストリームの該一部を溶媒抽出に付すことを含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 含酸素成分を除去するために炭化水素凝縮物ストリームの少なくとも一部を処理することは、炭化水素凝縮物ストリームの該一部をガード床に通し、その凝縮物から含酸素成分を200ppm未満の濃度まで除去することを含む、請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 分離段階にて、逆洗凝縮物からより軽質の成分を分離し、軽質成分除去逆洗凝縮物を生成し、次に、逆洗するために、その軽質成分除去逆洗凝縮物を用いることを含む、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 分離段階は少なくとも1つの蒸留操作を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- ろ材を逆洗するために用いる逆洗凝縮物の少なくとも一部を、気体の形態で気体生成物と一緒に、スラリー床の上方から取り出し、それによって、スラリー床から熱を除去する、請求項1〜請求項8のいずれかに記載の方法。
