Claims (10)
- ターボ機械の燃焼室へと燃料を注入するため、
第1の燃料の噴霧(42)を注入すべくインジェクタシステム(20)の中央に配置された第1の燃料インジェクタ(22)、および第1の燃料の噴霧の周囲におおむね環状の形状の第2の燃料の噴霧(48)を注入すべく第1のインジェクタを囲んでいる第2の燃料インジェクタ(28)と、
それぞれ第1および第2のインジェクタ(22、28)に、それぞれ第1および第2の空気/燃料混合物を形成する形式で組み合わせられた第1および第2の空気進入通路(24、30)と、
を備える燃料インジェクタシステムであって、
第1および第2のインジェクタの間に開く出口オリフィス(62)を第1および第2の空気/燃料混合物のそれぞれの燃焼領域の間に分離空気膜(f1)を生成する形式で有する空気進入ダクト(26)をさらに備えており、
第1の空気進入通路(24)が、2つの環状の壁、すなわち内壁(43)および外壁(44)の間に定められ、外壁(44)が、末広がりの壁(45)によって下流へと延びており、
前記空気進入ダクト(26)が、前記末広がりの壁(45)の下流側の端部の付近を貫く第1の一連の出口オリフィス(62)を含み、前記オリフィスが、第1のインジェクタ(22)の周囲の円に配置されることを特徴とする、前記燃料インジェクタシステム。 - 第2のインジェクタ(28)が、第1のインジェクタを囲む円形の注入溝(29)を呈している、請求項1に記載の燃料インジェクタシステム。
- 第2のインジェクタが、第1のインジェクタの周囲の円に配置された複数の注入オリフィスを呈している、請求項1に記載の燃料インジェクタシステム。
- 第1のインジェクタ(22)、第1の空気進入通路(24)、および第2のインジェクタ(28)が、第2の空気進入通路(30)を含む第2のアセンブリ(52)に取り付けられるように設計された第1のアセンブリ(51)の一部を形成しており、前記第2のアセンブリ(52)が、前記燃焼室(10)に取り付けられるように設計されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のインジェクタシステム。
- 第1のインジェクタ(22)の周囲に、第1の空気進入通路(24)、空気進入ダクト(26)、第2のインジェクタ(28)、および第2の空気進入通路(30)をこの順序で備える、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のインジェクタシステム。
- 前記空気進入ダクト(26)が、前記第1の一連の出口オリフィス(62)の上流において前記末広がりの壁(45)を貫く第2の一連の出口オリフィス(63)を含み、前記オリフィスが、第1のインジェクタ(22)の周囲の円に配置される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のインジェクタシステム。
- 第2の空気進入通路(30)が、2つの環状の壁、すなわち内壁(53)および外壁(54)の間に定められ、外壁(54)が、末広がりの壁(56)によって下流へと延びており、前記末広がりの壁が、下流側の端部の付近において、第2のインジェクタ(28)の周囲の円に配置された一連のオリフィス(72)によって貫かれている、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のインジェクタシステム。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のインジェクタシステム(20)が取り付けられている、ターボ機械の燃焼室。
- 互いに離間して位置する内側および外側の環状壁(12、14)、
燃焼室の上流領域において前記環状の壁の間に配置された燃焼室端壁(16)と、ならびに、第1のインジェクタ(22)、第1の空気進入通路(24)、および第2のインジェクタ(28)が、第2の空気進入通路(30)を含む第2のアセンブリ(52)に取り付けられるように設計された第1のアセンブリ(51)の一部を形成しており、前記第2のアセンブリ(52)が、燃焼室の端壁(16)に固定されてなるインジェクタシステム(20)とを備える、請求項8に記載のターボ機械の燃焼室。 - 請求項8または9に記載の、燃焼室を含むターボ機械。
