前記プリントヘッドキャリッジは、複数のプリントヘッドと、前記各プリントヘッドを個々に収納する複数のハウジングと、前記各ハウジングを個々に収納する複数列のスロットとを有する。
前記各ハウジングは、前記各スロットにスライド可能にそれぞれ取り付けられている。
Claims (7)
- 基板を上部で支持するように構成されたチャックと、
前記チャックから離間されて配置されたレールと、
前記レールに取り付けられたプリントヘッドキャリッジフレームと、
前記プリントヘッドキャリッジフレームに枢動可能に取り付けられたプリントヘッドキャリッジとを具備し、
前記プリントヘッドキャリッジは、
複数のプリントヘッドと、
前記各プリントヘッドを個々に収納する複数のハウジングと、
前記各ハウジングを個々に収納する複数列のスロットとを有し、
前記各ハウジングは、前記各スロットにスライド可能にそれぞれ取り付けられている
プリント装置。 - 請求項1に記載のプリント装置であって、
前記プリントヘッドキャリッジフレームに取り付けられ、且つ前記プリントヘッドキャリッジと駆動係合しているモータをさらに具備するプリント装置。 - 請求項1に記載のプリント装置であって、
前記プリントヘッドキャリッジに係合し、前記プリントヘッドを前記スロットの長さに沿って平行移動させるように構成されたモータをさらに具備するプリント装置。 - 請求項1に記載のプリント装置であって、
前記プリントヘッドキャリッジフレームは、該プリントヘッドキャリッジフレームに対して前記プリントヘッドキャリッジを選択的に回転させるように構成された少なくとも1つのアクチュエータを有する
プリント装置。 - 請求項1から4のういちいずれか1項に記載のプリント装置であって、
前記プリントヘッドキャリッジは、該プリントヘッドキャリッジの長さに沿って延びる長軸を有し、
該長軸は、前記プリントヘッドキャリッジが第1の位置にあるとき、第1の向きを有し、前記プリントヘッドキャリッジが回転して第2の位置になると、前記第1の位置に対して角度が付くように配置される
プリント装置。 - 請求項5に記載のプリント装置であって、
前記プリントヘッドキャリッジは、前記長軸に沿って延びるプリントノズルの列を有し、該プリントノズルの列は、前記第1の位置にあるときに前記第1の向きに第1のピッチを形成し、前記第2の位置にあるときに前記第1の向きに前記第1のピッチよりも狭い第2のピッチを形成するプリント装置。 - 請求項1から6のうちいずれか1項に記載のプリント装置であって、
前記プリントヘッドキャリッジを自動的に回転させて、所望のプリントヘッドキャリッジの向きを提供するように構成されたコンピュータをさらに具備するプリント装置。
