Description

前記プリントヘッドキャリッジは、ベースプレートと、複数のプリントヘッドと、個々の前記プリントヘッドを、前記ベースプレートに位置調整可能に取り付けるプリントヘッド位置合わせアセンブリとを有する。
前記プリントヘッド位置合わせアセンブリは、前記プリントヘッドを前記ベースプレートに対して直線的に移動させるフェーズ調整アセンブリと、前記プリントヘッドを前記ベースプレートに対して回転させるピッチ調整アセンブリと、前記プリントヘッドを磁気保持力で前記ベースプレートに固定する磁気クランプ機構とを有する。
前記磁気クランプ機構は、前記プリントヘッドに対してギャップを空けるようにして前記プリントヘッドを固定可能な永久磁石と、前記磁気保持力を打ち消す打ち消しコイルとを有し、前記磁気クランプ機構の前記磁気保持力は、前記プリントヘッドが位置調整されている間は除去され、前記プリントヘッドが位置合わせされると加えられる。
Claims (2)
- 基板を上部で支持するように構成されたチャックと、
前記チャックから離間されて配置されたレールと、
前記レールに移動可能に取り付けられたプリントヘッドキャリッジフレームと、
前記プリントヘッドキャリッジフレームに設けられたプリントヘッドキャリッジとを具備し、
前記プリントヘッドキャリッジは、
ベースプレートと、
複数のプリントヘッドと、
個々の前記プリントヘッドを、前記ベースプレートに位置調整可能に取り付けるプリントヘッド位置合わせアセンブリとを有し、
前記プリントヘッド位置合わせアセンブリは、
前記プリントヘッドを前記ベースプレートに対して直線的に移動させるフェーズ調整アセンブリと、
前記プリントヘッドを前記ベースプレートに対して回転させるピッチ調整アセンブリと、
前記プリントヘッドを磁気保持力で前記ベースプレートに固定する磁気クランプ機構とを有し、
前記磁気クランプ機構は、
前記プリントヘッドに対してギャップを空けるようにして前記プリントヘッドを固定可能な永久磁石と、
前記磁気保持力を打ち消す打ち消しコイルとを有し、
前記磁気クランプ機構の前記磁気保持力は、前記プリントヘッドが位置調整されている間は除去され、前記プリントヘッドが位置合わせされると加えられる
プリント装置。 - 請求項1に記載のプリント装置であって、
前記ベースプレートは、個々の前記プリントヘッドとの位置基準となる基準点を有する
プリント装置。
