Claims (7)
- 電池容器の表面から突出する一対の端子を有する複数の電池と、
前記端子の先端部に接続され、複数の前記電池を電気的に接続する接続部材と、
前記接続部材に熱的に接続される熱伝導部材と、
を備えた組電池において、
前記熱伝導部材は、前記接続部材の電池容器側の表面に、電池容器側に突出し、前記端子を挟み込むように複数形成された状態で接続され、設けられていることを特徴とする組電池。 - 前記端子と前記接続部材とは、前記接続部材の反電池容器側で接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組電池。
- 一対の前記端子は、それぞれ異なる材料からなり、
前記接続部材は、一対の前記端子を構成するそれぞれの材料と同一の材料を電気的に接続して構成され、
前記端子と前記接続部材とは、互いに同一の材料同士が溶接によって接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載の組電池。 - 前記接続部材は、反電池容器側に、一対の前記端子を構成するそれぞれの材料と同一の材料がともに露出していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の組電池。
- 前記熱伝導部材は、前記接続部材の電池容器側の表面を構成する材料と同一の材料からなり、溶接又はろう付けによって接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の組電池。
- 互いに対向する前記熱伝導部材及び前記電池容器の表面の少なくとも一方に絶縁部を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の組電池。
- 複数の前記電池は、車両に搭載されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の組電池。
