Claims (7)
- その方法により多糖ベースの有機ポリマーを有する供給原料が所望の粒子径に精製される方法であって、繊維状ウェブに対する充填材または塗工顔料として用いられる材料の製造方法において、供給原料が少なくとも−50℃に冷却され、その後、精製がジェット型の精製機で実行されるとともに、供給原料が、そのガラス遷移温度が少なくとも+60℃あるいはそれ以上である有機ポリマーを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- ジェット型の精製において用いられる精製ガスが供給原料とは別々に冷却されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 精製ガスが、供給原料の温度に対応する温度に冷却されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 精製中にそのガラス遷移温度を越えない有機ポリマー材料を使用することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 有機ポリマー材料がミネラル材料とともに精製されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 有機ポリマー材料が、澱粉エステル、澱粉エーテル、澱粉エステル/エーテル、または、それらの混合物からなる澱粉誘導体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 置換度1から3の澱粉アセテートを含む生成物であって、繊維ウェブの準備に必要であって、澱粉アセテートとともに精製された0−80重量%の他の顔料を含む生成物を準備することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
