Claims (15)
- サンプルホルダー(4)に対する相対運動が実行可能である測定ヘッド(3);

該プローブ要素(10)がキャリア(9)の両端から離れたキャリア上に配置され、さらに、
少なくとも2つのプローブ要素(10)が伸張キャリア(9)上に配置されることにより特徴付けられる、上記装置。 - 多数のプローブ要素(10)が伸張キャリア(9)上に配置されることにより特徴付けられる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- プローブ要素(10)が単量体分子であることにより特徴付けられる、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- プローブ要素(10)が医薬剤又は色素であることにより特徴付けられる、請求項3に記載の装置。
- キャリアはプローブ要素(10)に結合可能であるキャリア高分子(9)であることにより特徴付けられる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- キャリア高分子(9)が予め決められた長さを有することにより特徴付けられる、請求項5に記載の装置。
- キャリア高分子(9)が生体高分子を基礎として作られたものであることにより特徴付けられる、請求項5又は6に記載の装置。
- キャリア高分子(9)は人工クモの糸、ポリペプチド、ポリ乳酸又はポリサッカライドを基礎として作られたものであることにより特徴付けられる、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 測定ヘッド(3)がポリエチレングリコールでコートされることにより特徴付けられる、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- プローブ要素(10)を提供する測定ヘッド(3)とサンプル(5)との間の距離が変化し、測定ヘッド(3)とサンプル(5)との間に働く付着力との関係が測定ヘッド(3)に取り付けられた伸張キャリア(9)に配置されたプローブ要素(10)の仲介により決定される、サブマイクロニュートン範囲の力を検出するための方法であって、
伸張キャリア(9)の両端から離れた伸張キャリア(9)上に取り付けられたプローブ要素(10)を利用し、
ここで、少なくとも2つのプローブ要素(10)が伸張キャリア(9)上に配置されており、さらに、
プローブ要素(10)のサンプルへの付着と関連したフォースプラトー(24)が検出されることにより特徴付けられる、上記方法。 - 単量体プローブ分子(10)がプローブ要素として使用されることにより特徴付けられる、請求項10に記載の方法。
- プローブ要素(10)に結合可能であるキャリア高分子(9)をキャリアとして使用することにより特徴付けられる、請求項10又は11に記載の方法。

- プローブ要素(10)のフォースプラトー(24)のレベルとキャリア(9)のフォースプラトー(25)のレベルとの差異を評価することにより特徴付けられる、請求項10〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
