Claims (3)
- 海流或いは風力による流体エネルギーを利用して電力を得る発電手段と、
海洋の表層水や深層水を淡水化して真水とかん水とに分離する手段と、
かん水をイオン交換膜透析する手段と、
太陽熱あるいは電熱で煎ごうして結晶化させ、析出した夫々の卑金属塩化物を前記発電手段による電力で溶融塩電気分解することで、陰極で卑金属を単離し、陽極で塩素を生成し、この塩素は前記淡水化された真水を前記発電手段による電力で電気分解して発生した水素と反応させて塩化水素を製造し、使用済みマグネシウムの酸化物あるいは水酸化物とこの塩化水素を反応させて塩化物とし、この塩化物も溶融塩電気分解する水素発生金属製造設備と、
を洋上に浮かぶ複胴又は単胴からなる浮体船又は浮遊船に具備させたことを特徴とする海洋資源エネルギー抽出・生産海洋工場。 - 浮体船又は浮遊船が複胴とされ、
前記発電手段が、甲板上に具備された無指向性垂直軸風車及び、甲板下の喫水線下に具備された無指向性垂直軸水車とされ、
該無指向性垂直軸水車の上下の回転軸の一方が甲板下部に取り付けられ、他方が2艘の竜骨あるいは内竜骨の側舷同士をそれぞれ結んだ複数個で断面が流線型状の細長い水平安定板上に取り付けられることで、無指向性垂直軸水車が複数台あることを特徴とする請求項1記載の海洋資源エネルギー抽出・生産海洋工場。 - 前記太陽熱を用いる際に、少なくとも1枚が曲面ガラス板である2枚のガラス板を、該曲面ガラス板の凹面側を内側にした状態で重ね合わせ、この重ね合わせた部分内に水を満たして水レンズを形成し、
太陽光を該水レンズに常時入射して集光させ、集光面で得た太陽熱による補助熱源で卑金属塩化物を溶融塩電気分解して卑金属を単離することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の海洋資源エネルギー抽出・生産海洋工場。
